      I received 2 medications from my vet for my dog.One had a rebate offer of $20 and I only got $15.The second had a rebate offer of $1`5 and I only got $5.I have made several attempts at resolution, but the web site just goes in circles.

      We appreciate the opportunity to resolve Ms. ***** concern regarding her rebate.
      After reviewing our records based off **************** information, we only found one rebate record for $15 processed and delivered on 8/2/24, for an Interceptor rebate for the purchase of 12 doses of the product.
      I found no other record for this year in the amount of $5 other than the previous record mentioned.
      As ************ also stated she was having difficulties finding information on the rebate website, we recommend she reach out to our promotion center at ************** and she can speak with one of our representatives for the promotion and we can help assist her further.

      To Whom it May Concern;

      Thank you again for the opportunity to address **************** inquiry into the status of her rebate submissions and to provide further clarity.

      Based on the information ************ provided, we are not the promotion center for the Vectra 3D for Dogs offer which is why we don't have a record on file.

      As to the $15 Interceptor rebate, we did in fact process the request for that rebate. An email was sent to her email address on file, *******************, on 08/02/2024 for her to claim her prepaid card and choose the method of delivery. We can confirm on that same day the prepaid card she requested was redeemed and a physical card was shown as the method of payment in the amount of $15. The card ends in 9002 which is different from the $5 card shown in the first image ************ had provided.

      I found no $5 record with a card ending in 8108, so I am unsure what promotion that digital card is tied to without further details.

      We thank ************ for her inquiry with the opportunity to offer clearer details and clarification, and hope she continues to submit rebate requests in the future!

      The Seresto flea collar poisoned and killed one of our cats within 48hrs of use. There is an ongoing class action lawsuit and our complaint is simply that there should be some degree of warning label around these collars as they have not been recalled. Similarly, there is concern of the product being used in multiple cat households where less harm might exist with a single cat and this too should be noted on the label. Quite honestly we feel a recall would be even more appropriate than a warning label.

      Elanco has decided not to honor rebates for purchases made through Chewy. They added this to the tiny fine print. We have received these rebates for years, with no issue. This is such poor customer service.

      Elanco offers rebates on their ridiculously overpriced flea and tick collars, and then make the rebates almost impossible to get, by making the customer fill out an endless registration, get email verification, upload an image of the purchase invoice that then does not load properly, and THEN wait 10 days to find out if the rebate request has been accepted. It's fraudulent business practice. They make it so difficult and complicated and time consuming, they hope people will give up. I think this company should be investigated and fined, and customers should get compensated for the aggravation we are caused.

      I had purchased two Seresto collars from my vet office and they had given me two rebates to get reimbursed from the company and no matter what I give them (, receipt and codes) for rebates the company Elanco wont give me my money. All I want is the ***** due to me from the rebate codes that I had given to them .

      I have been trying to get my rebate back from Elanco for more than two weeks. Every time I talk to somebody to complain, I'm given a different answer as to why my rebate hasn't arrived yet (my favourite one was when they blamed me).I submitted my rebate request on April 28th. On their website they advertise that rebates are issued within 5-7 days. By the 9th of May, I hadn't received my rebate, so I called them and was told that it would be issued that afternoon. It was not. I got another response by email that it would be issued by the 13th... It was not. I am now convinced that they are just giving me the run-around and have no intentions of providing my rebate.

      I have always used ****** flea colors on my cats. I purchased five of them this year and they havent been on my cats very long today. It was ***** one of my cats, and I noticed something on his neck and I looked and his neck is completely burned on one side from this collar, I quickly went and checked my other cats who are in my house and their next seem to be fine. I am not sure whats going on. I bought these on chewy.com and I paid approximately $53 and now you guys have them lower price on chewy I would like my money back For sure and I wanna know what you want me to do. I still kept that collar. It looks terrible and Ive used these many years. Theres a lawsuit against your company. I am closing pictures of the cats neck and a copy of my receipt. I figured the amount of the colors because one of them was 3599 and the rest were 5399 as you can tell on the receipt, this is just unacceptable now Im very literary to purchase these collars now Im not sure if this is going to happen to the cats that I have them on now Im not sure if I should enter the lawsuit or not now

      We purchased 2 seresto flea and tick collars for dog, manufactured by this company. For many months our dog had severe reactions to the collar, vomiting, seizures, skin irritation, and hair loss. Our dog almost died because of it. We didn't know the collar was causing these issues until we removed it and all her symptoms are starting to go away. Our vet is very busy and can't get her in for a few weeks, we want reimbursed for those bills as well. We are lucky our dog didn't pass because of this. Thank you for any help we get and mostly for anyone it may help in the future.

      I bought several products that are eligible for the rebate program. My veterinarian is ********************* in ******** **. I completed the rebate process about 6 months ago, which entitled me to about $75 in rebate amount; however, I have not received anything. I contacted Elanco two times including this week. The representative told me same thing as last representative, that I needed to watch for an email from Prepaid Digital Solutions and confirm that I want the rebates. I have not received any emails from this company. I am very frustrated with this process and dont appreciate the customer service I have received since I not only bought multiple products that are eligible for the rebates, but now I am spending too much time trying to get what I am entitled to. I will tell my veterinarian at my next visit about my experience and request another brand of treatment due to this horrible experience with trying to get what is I am entitled to.

      I purchased Interceptor plus from my vet and was told it had a $15.00 rebate. I submitted the rebate and received via email, a "check," really more like a letter-sized pdf showing what might be the back and front a check, along with a condescending note explaining how this was a "legal form of payment" and how I should deposit it the way I would a normal check.Well, I tried, both electronically and in person at my bank, and the bank is unable to process it. Both I and the banker were flabbergasted why Elanco would not send s standard check in the mail. Is this the business model? Provide a form of payment for the "rebate" that is unable to be converted to cash by depositing? I expect an explanation and would appreciate an actual, physical check for the rebate I was promised, not some make-believe pdf file.
