I purchased this item on April 6th, 2022 from this seller on Amazon and received the item on the 23rd of April. I ended up not needing the item and returned the item within the time frame given once I initiated the return through Amazon. This seller received my item on the 3rd of June and I never heard anything from them or received my refund. I reached out to them on the 18th to check the status of my refund and they responded saying that they were a new l employee and due to an "employee departure" they were unable to find the tracking information for my item and asked that I provide that information even though they were the ones who provided the return shipping label. I provided the information that they asked for along with a photo confirmation and they aknowledged that they did receive the item and they would have their warehouse issue my refund. A few days went by and I did not receive the refund so I reached out again on the 21st where they said my refund would be issued that day. They issued the refund but it was only for $14.50, I paid $119.05 for this item. When question on why I only received $14.50 they responded with "I'm a new employee and due to an employee departure..." and acted completely clueless about the item that we had had a full conversation about. This conversation was had through the Amazon messaging center so all they had to do was refer back to the prior messages. This company refuses to give me the rest of my refund. I have filed 4 claims with AtoZ claim center since the 24th and they keep cancelling my request for a refund first asking me to provide the shipping details which has already been done & the last 2 times my request was cancelled was because I was told me to return the item which has been done. Amazon is able to see the messages between the seller and I which shows that I have done everything they have requested and I still cannot get a refund from either of them. This seller has a terrible rating and multiple complaints.
