My washer stopped on final spin every time, I had to manually set it to spin every time. Thankfully they knew exactly what the issue was, and had it up and running like new. At a reasonable price too.Review from Robert F

SUPER JOB! They were On Time, ********************** I called in a little after 7:00 AM on a Monday morning as our dryer had quit working over the weekend. They indicated they could likely service us between 1:00 & 3:00 PM "That Same Day"; that they carry most parts needed on their service truck, & that he would call me when he was headed our way. He called me shortly before 1:00 PM & arrived shortly after. Quickly he determined the problem was not the mother board in the unit (Thank God) & then went on to identify the problem as a blown fuse. This fuse was so well hidden in the unit; there is no way I would have ever found it myself. The service provided was Prompt, Professional & well done at a reasonable price for outcall services! I contacted this company to fix my ******* fridge repair, ice maker is not working. The repair cost was $425, which I paid via a check. The part which he replaced is not working, I called multiple times, but no response. I called ***986 937 and ** 507 ****. These guys are not honest and NOT TRUSTWORTHY.I have not received my check yet, still trying to contact them.Review from Andrea J

We contacted the company in Nov 2022 to repair our oven. They diagnosed as needing a new control board and said they could repair with a replacement part. We paid >$600 for the part and repair labor. Original timing estimate was **** days. After 2 weeks we called, and were told the part was back ordered. Then 1 month, then 2. Finally we asked to cancel and get a refund. We are still waiting for the refund after 5 months. The company originally said they called their accountant and a check was on the way, but after a month its clear that is not the case. We do not recommend anyone use this company - they are not honest and not trustworthy.Review from Kim M

***** and his assistant ******* came to my rescue! I found my refrigerator sitting in a big puddle of water late night was quite a surprise and not a fun one! Threw some sham-wows on the floor and then found Efficient App after an internet search they actually answered the phone even though it was very late by then and made a trip to my house right away! They arrived soon after Id finished mopping up the water and using a sponge to soak up as much water as I could from the catch tray underneath where I could see the water was filling up & spilling over. They went to work right away and had it fixed within an hour! No more flood in the kitchen!! They replaced the housing for the fridges water filter that had cracked and said it could have been much, much worse if it had gone unnoticed until morning. Whew! In November, 2022 the light went out on the freezer side of my GE refrigerator/freezer. I had trouble finding my warranty info. When I did they were scheduled a month out. So I googled and found Efficient Appliance Repair in nearby ***********. I called the number and *********************** said he would be in my area and could come out today. He came on Nov. 28. Instead of replacing he LED light on freezer, he moved it to the refrigerator side, where there are 2 lights, and moved the refrigerator light to freezer. Clever. Now I have light on both sides but still no replacement bulb. I made the mistake of writing a check for $??? which was cashed that day. He said he would return the next day with the bulb. I never heard from him again and I still have no replacement light for my refrigerator.Review from Andrew B

0 stars Scheduled a home visit for Monday November 21 between 2-5pm. Took a day off work to have a broken appliance repaired. Company hasnt shown up as of 545 ************** phone calls are going straight to voicemail and no return calls. Thanks for wasting my entire day Efficient Appliance Repair my experience was anything but EFFICIENT!!!Review from Linda M

I called around to see if I could find someone to fix my under the counter ice maker. Efficient Appliance said they would be out the next day. All other companies were days if not weeks out. Not only that most places I called could not get the valve to fix for over 2 weeks. ***** from Efficient Appliance not only had the part but was out the next day and charged me less than 1/2 of what others were quoting me. He was knowledgeable, experienced and professional. I will DEFINEATELY call this company with future appliance repair needs.Review from Virginia M

Just before Thanksgiving Day this year 2021, our oven is not working. We're just using our air fryer to bake. We call the Efficient Appliance Repair guy and when he came he fix our oven. He makes sure that his work is very safe and secure that he doesn't need to come back and fix again my oven. He even fixed our refrigerator door which he noticed it's not working good with no extra fee. His price is very reasonable and affordable. I will call him again if I need some repairs.
