Not impressed with their business practice at all. Set an appointment, was supposed to receive a packet in the mail prior to my appointment. I never received the packet, so I called & left them a message, but never received a call back. I then called them to cancel my appointment, & still never received a call back.Review from Juanita G

I was told my hearing aid would cost $1200.00 total. They asked for a deposit of $150.00. Which should leave a balance of $1050.00. When I got the bill from the company they charged the $150.00 then I received a bill from ***** Fargo for $1200.00 they did not take the deposit off of the total. I told *********************** I could only afford $1200.00 she told me the deposit was not refundable. I was not told that the $150.00 deposit would not go against the purchase price. I took the hearing aid back because I do not like being lied to and I am a senior citizen on a fixed income. I need the $150.00 returned. Thanks for your help.
