3/26/26 I purchased a 2003 **** explorer on indiana public auto auction and paid a $300 deposit to hold the vehicle. 3/27/2024 I went to pick up the vehicle also paying the remaining balance due of $945.48. Soon after leaving with the vehicle the low oil pressure, engine light displayed and I had to pull off an exit. While looking under the hood it was seen that there was not an oil cap. I had to be taken to pull a part to get that part. The vehicle still had an on/off display of check engine light and low oil pressure. I have purchased numerous parts that it called for it needed, I have reached out to the auto auction multiple times regarding my concern of being sold a vehicle that is not drivable with no return call. Upon replacing a spark plug and two coils, I was hopeful the issue was resolved, so I attempted to drive the vehicle a short distance. Unfortunately Second, in my long with the low pressure light displayed again while also overheating and smoking under the hood. Pull over and shut the engine off, leaving my kids, and I stranded on the side of the road. I had to find someone to tell us which led to more of an expense, buying a strap for the toe along with paying someone to get us home.Since being broke down, I had to get the vehicle towed to mechanical shop to get a diagnosis of what is wrong with this vehicle. The results displayed that vehicle with a Cadillac converter. This vehicle is not drivable and has been sitting at advanced automotive and ***** Indiana for weeks now. My last encounter with Indiana public auto auction was Informing them again about the ongoing issues since the day of my purchase in the diagnosis of the vehicle along with my complaints of having a non-working vehicle also not having the title to the vehicle either. The man I spoke to was not kind at all did not allow me to speak. He accused me of just trying to get out of the vehicle. I was lied to about the title and did not receive it by date in signed paperwork either

I bought a car from IPAA march 9th. The contract states they are responsible for getting me a title. It also says it will be with in 21 days. I still havent received one. They gave me a 45 day plate which is expired so I cant drive it. Not they want me to say there is a mechanic lean on it so they can get a title that way. I dont feel comfortable doing it this way and I tried to return the car for purchase price. And they refuse. Now they wont answer my calls they havent answered them all week.
