I have asked the car wash to stop my subscription to the car wash and they continue to try and charge my account. I need them to stop. They have tried to charge my card over ten times since I have asked to stop and have changed my card and they continue to try and charge my account.Initial Complaint

I requested to have my service discontinued in person at the business location on 5/10/2024. I completed the required paperwork and was told I would not be allowed to use the service anymore even though my previous month payment should have covered additional services through 6/3. A manager from Royal Splash reached out on 5/14/2024 and left a voicemail message explaining that I could cancel my subscription but that I would not have access to any further services. I did not call back but did stop utilizing all services. On 6/3/2024 Royal Splash drafted my account for an additional *****. I reached out to the business to request a refund. The manager told me that she would check to see if I was entitled to a refund but explained that it was entirely up to the owners to decide if any refund is due. I would like to be refunded the ***** that this company wrongfully withdrew from my account and stop any further withdrawal from taking place.Initial Complaint

On 10/06/22 approximately 8:20pm I went to this business to purchase a monthly car wash pass. There were two attendants on duty, 1 younger female & 1 older Spanish male. They both looked at my car, especially the left side to make sure the car would go through without any problems or any damage. They both noticed that there was no damage at that time on the left side of my car. As I was going through at the end the tire shine jerked my steering wheel from one side to the other then I heard plastic on my car popping. Once out, I pulled over to the vacuum area where the female attendant was sitting. I got out, looked at my car and seen the damage to both left wheels and my lower side skirt/rocker molding. I told her it damaged my ********* came over & looked at it & went & told the Spanish man & brought back a complaint form. We filled it out, she took pics & apologized that the wash caused the damage & said that the owner was good about things like this & would handle it ASAP, she also acknowledged that the car wash did cause damage to my car. On 10/07/22 the manager contacted me and came up with multiple excuses that the wash did not do the damage & even stated that the employees said the car wash didnt cause the damage basically saying it was my fault. He also stated that theyre not responsible for any damage to vehicles which I never signed anything stating that I was personally liable for any damages. I told him I would be filing an investigation with my insurance company & filing a complaint with BBB. If you read their online reviews theres numerous people making complaints about damages from the wash & the owner/mngr. says the exact same thing every time. If youre going to own a business take responsibility for damaging customers vehicles, thats why they have insurance! I have attached the estimate for repairs & demand 100% reimbursement asap, no exceptions! A business like this needs to be reprimanded & stop taking advantage of its customers.Initial Complaint

On December 13th I took my 2008 Pontiac Torrent GXP through the car wash on *************************** in *********** ******* at around 7:30 am. While going through the car wash the wash mechanism pulled off the top of my spoiler on the back of my car. I immediately pulled around a flagged down the employee on duty. He proceeded to walk through the car wash and retrieved the top of the spoiler. I asked for a business card or a company number and he said that he did not have one. I then went to the gm dealer to see about having this fixed. They told me that they do not fix them that it would have to be replaced and would run around ****** to replace it if they could get the part. I have looked on line at their website to see if there is a number or a way to email their **************** but can not find anything. I would like this car part fixed or replaced due to it happening at their location. I have been through numerous car washes and this has never happened before.
