      In places an order for approximately 40 shirts for a charity event our group normally runs. The order was placed on 8/30/24 and told the guaranteed delivery date was 9/16/2024. Everything was fine until I got a call from a representative there was a small issue with my order on 9/9/2024. This issues was corrected on my end immediately then after not hearing anything I had to call back the next day to find out the status and they had ignored my response. Then after getting it all finalized I said the order was needed by 9/20/2024 at the latest to which ******* told me would not be a problem. I then got and email from her on 9/10 right after the call with a delivery date of 9/25/24. I immediately called her and told her that was not acceptable as the race was 9/21/24z she said it was just and error and would be corrected so we could have them before 9/21/24 I accepted this and let it go. I just called today to check on this as they have not be received yet and o was told they havent even shipped yet. And Darlenes response was oh well you will get them the 25th. I told her this was unacceptable and she said well you will just have to deal with it. I said no I need a refund and she told me I couldnt because the shirts where already to be shipped. I said I was notifying the BBB and I was told they wont help you. I asked for a manager and then have been holding for one for over a half an hour. Then I was hung up on and had to call back. I am body happy and my issue is being ignored with horrible customer service.

      My son *************************** had ordered a demo shirt May ***** Radiant Orchid just to see how it looked it was perfect so. Saturday June 20 he placed the order for the family which came to ****** then i remembered I had not included myself so he had to add me which was separate ***** then my cousin called had added 3 more shirts ***** all shirts under the name *********** Family Reunion later that evening a lady called ******** and asked about the scatered order he told her what happened she said let me bundle the order it may save you money she adjusted our orders then put our order through. we had picked the color Radiant Orchid (purple) when we received the shirts they were pink we called the company to tell them the shirts were the wrong color the lady said my son ordered the wrong color I told her about the lady that redid our order she denied doing anything wrong so I asked to speak to the manger but kept getting the run around she was to busy to speak to me so one day I called and a man answered he said why are you calling you got the shirts so why are you calling I told him i wanted to speak to the lady that was working our order he was so nasty to me you have the shirts you can use them and hung up.the reunion was July ***** I was running out of time so I kept calling to speak with a manger to help me One day the lady said the manger was at lunch and for me to callat 5 I did and she put me on hold they close at 6 and they left me sitting there until6 I felt like a fool just waiting then the lady said the manger would call me I stayed home all day waiting no one called I said look i just need some help I have to reorder the shirts but it will come out of pocket can she helpme with a discount or something they said when i order they will give 15% discount it was not a discount there so I paid ****** they said we have no more youth shirts use the pink i told the ladythere was no discount she said i had 3 mon to use it they really abused me BBB please help me

      4/25 started t shirt design Unicorn 2024Darlene sent my design to be edited by their artist before ordering. They requested the original file for clarity and color correction. The original artwork is 8 x 11 4/29 invoice for 24 Adult t shirts and 24 Youth t shirts $603.92/ cost $12.58 per item Received a call that they needed to split the order youth and adult. I explained the artwork could be the original size on the adult or smaller for the youth shirt no enlarging.Received a credit $282.75 Second Invoice for the adults $ ****** now the cost $13.03 per shirt which I did not agree to On Sat. 5/ 4 received to sample T shirts, deflated and angry the image was enlarged and the lines were blurry I looked like a page from a kids coloring book. * I was told that i approved a printing area of 14" X 14" true but my painting (art) was to be 8/12" x 11" or smaller. Called 5/4 LVM canceling order Called 5/5 LVM cancel order Mon 5/6 ************ and called and spoke with ******* that stated they dont send sample t shirts and requested that I send her pics 5/6 received and email stating they have shipped the order Filed a claim 5/6 ************ shipment 5/9 1 package 5/15 received 5 packages **** refused return to sender I have called and emailed with no resolution. I have moved forward with my order with a different company because i am pressed for time with the summer season right around the corner

      May 10, 2024 at 3:43:12 PM PDT Hi, I ordered ONE shirt (May2nd, 2024) and soon after received the notice from Paypal of the charge for 4 shirts. I called the number listed under the charge right the way which is out of service. *************) than I sent an email right the way stating all facts mentioned above and requested to not ship 4 shirts to the email address listed under the charge. (xxxx) I got an email back I think next day that order is already shipped and to bad. No refund. I emphasized the that I did NOT ordered 1 shirts, not 4 and happy to send the unwanted ones back. No refund. To bad. Enjoy the shirts. I have 1 (one) Hungarian child, not 4, and there is not much chance that I will birth 3 more ************** to wear the excess shirts at the age of 50. That is why I ordered 1. Not 4. They just strait out refuse to take the shirts back and refund me. (One of them was also white. I hate white shirts. I am also not a Hungarian son.) Someone actually started a FB group about this exact company because of their unfair scam "practices". Hopefully it can be resolved. Thanks, *****

      On April 23, 2024 i ordered 10 t-shirts from ooshirts. As part of the transaction i paid for expedited shipping - which showed a delivery on May 1. without the expedited shipping the delivery would be May 7. Today they sent me a link from *** showing the pick-up was today - the 1st - and the delivery would be the 7th. Since i ordered the shirts for an event this weekend - with 8 people flying in i asked them if somehow the order could be expedited or i could get a refund. They told me to fill out a complaint form but that they aren't responsible for shipping times from a delivery company. they blamed DHL and won't take responsibility. They acknowledge they made a commitment to deliver on the 1st - and that the delivery will be a week late and that I should fill out a complaint form - but the shipping company is to blame.

      Yes I have been doing business with ooshirts for years as a repeat customer. I placed an order with ********************** for 152 shirts on March - 20 - 2024. My Order Was guaranteed to be at my business by Monday April - 15 - 2024. I never received a tracking number for my shipment which was strange. On Monday April - 15 - 2024 I Received 1 Box Of Only 79 Shirts. No one notified me of any issues with my order. These shirts needed to be at the event on April 19 to be ready for April 20 My tour bus had to leave on April 15 to get on our tour for that week. On Tuesday a box arrived at my business with 59 shirts. Which was no good because they was late for our deadline. I called the company on Tuesday April 16 to find out whats going on. I was told someone would get back to me by the end of the day. No one ever called me. The final missing 14 shirts didnt arrive until Saturday April 20 after the event was over. I lost out on the money I paid for the shirts plus the money I was to make off the t shirts. I requested from the company a full refund for there error and not meeting a deadline that was promised to me. I would like my money back as a customer for over 5 years thats has never complained this should not be an issue. This was all a fault by the company and if they was gonna miss my deadline they should have told me or canceled the order.

      I provided the design they just needed to print it on the t-shirts yet they changed the design without my permission and printed on every t-shirts I ordered,The illustration and texts are over wrapping, Now I can't sell them at my important event.I seek FULL REFUND from them since they ruined my event.

      This company sent me 2 of tge same Tshirt, and charged me for both. I returned one, have copy of **** receipt, tracking and was delivered, and was given a credit on my credit card, then revoked and put back on my statement as this company CLAIMS they NEVER received the returned item so I'm paying twice for ONE item. RIPOFF, I am owed $28.38. Thanks for your assistance.

Shirt sent to me was 16" chest Trying to exchange for the correct size(larger) or refund NO WAY FOR CUSTOMER TO CONTACT TEECHIP THANKS
