We were referred to this place after being forced into homeless situation from the house we were at. Upon being referenced we were assigned a case manager named ***********************,BA at ********************************** Indianapolis IN *****. ****** had us fill out paperwork for the program. We also was instructed by ****** that since Holy Family Shelter was paying for us to stay at WoodSpring suite's in Indianapolis *************************** that we had certain rules to follow and that we were required to meet with her once a week until our time with the program ended. ****** also stated that we would have to provide documentation of what we were spending money on and to show proof. Upon this request ****** also was told by ******** *** and ****************************** that we were in the process of and appeal to the ******* Supreme Court from being wrongfully evicted and that we had lawyer representation through Legal Aid. ****** wanted proof of this as well as proof that my wife is in a disability case for her disability. To us this seemed a little extreme when she only should've been concerned about helping us stay off the streets. I ******** *** contacted the lawyers office to explain to them what was needed on the stationery . My lawyers Secretary sent her this information in and email in which ****** confirmed that she had received this via email. I ******** then requested from her to send me this email as well so I can have a fighting chance to get me and my family a chance to find a home with this paperwork. Everytime I kept requesting this paperwork from her she had excuse after excuse and she also promised that the paper work would be in the email I provided her. Still nothing. ****** had my email address as well as my wife's. In December we were told that as of Dec 19,2021 that the program wouldn't be paying for us to stay at to hotel because of funding but yet I called her left a message no response. I called to talk to director again no response. All I want is this paperwork so I can prove this.
