  This business is a wedding photography and videography company. I got married June 25th of 2022. We signed a contract for video and film of our wedding and paid $3,200 for that. It took seven months from our wedding day to get just our photos back even though their website says for the package we got it would be 4-5 months to get everything back. I had to email multiple times to even get a response to get the photos. Now its been over a year since our wedding and multiple more emails, messages on ******** and Instagram we still have no video. They never communicated with us about anything just left us in the dark. Other clients reached out to us stating the same issues with them. Now today *** received a threatening voice message from **** the boss stating we wont get a video its lost or gone and that he will take us to court for deformation because I left a bad ****** review.

  Good afternoon to the BBB,

   

  My names ********************************** & I own, operate, and run NWP Films & have for nearly 9 years now. I very much do appreciate this letter and opportunity to set the record straight.
  

  First of all, I think its vital to address that the fact that this client mentioned I threatened them. That simply isnt true, and many aspects of this complaint are misleading, simply false, misspelled, and or just missing key ingredients to the situation. *************************** hasnt been a client of mine for over half a year now. She no longer is a client of mine and our business has concluded. Ill explain by addressing what she has mentioned in her complaint one by one in the subsequent paragraphs below.
  

  When *************************** mentions it took seven months to get her photos, she leaves out the fact that large groups of photos were added over time. The contract package they paid for offered 220 pro edited photos and I delivered exactly 478 edited photos, plus 80 some engagement photos as well. Thats more than double what they paid for, technically speaking. The last few bunches of photos they were missing did take some extra time yes, however the websites packages have rough delivery times, and the contract itself isnt bound to a set time for delivery. Past attorney, now judge, client, and dear friend *************************** is responsible for the careful construction of our contract in its entirety. Id be happy to share it with the BBB. 
  

  ******* has and was informed that we had issues retrieving her video & once we regrettably informed her of that information we gave her $1500 back as we mentioned we didnt feel comfortable keeping that portion of the costs. We refunded her on the spot. ******* has since been on whats seems to be a campaign of destruction with the end goal of destroying the business and my lively. After leaving very hateful & false claims about us on ****** Reviews we decided to not correspond with her further. Her personal claims that myself & my girlfriend steal clients money to travel and party were particularly out of line. Again, simply not true & an accusation that just propels useless drama. 
  

  We are horrified when something happens to our hard drives, computers, storage media devices, that potentially ruins any content weve captured for any client, but it does happen & we refunded her for it.

   

  I do have an upcoming client who reached out to me a few weeks ago which Ill leave unnamed at this time unless the BBB would like me to ask her for permission to speak on this, but she told me ******* reached out to her on ******** with accusations about myself & my company. This could have cost me business but the client didnt believe a word of ******** claims, thankfully. ******* was able to find out this was a future client of our by scouring through my personal Venmo payments. This was too far, thats when I told ******* if she doesnt stop harassing me or Ill have no choice but to seek legal counsel for defamation, not deformation. 
  

  ******** desired settlement is for us to finish the job. I can fix a storage media device as I am not an engineer, so I refunded her. The job is very much finished.
