I wish I could give 0! Same WayFair story as the others. The $2500 item is a week late with no communication from US Pack. Question is why does WayFair still use these people? And why are they still doing business in *******?Review from Tammy C

They were supposed to deliver a package for WayFair to my house. A day and a half later my package has still not arrived (was scheduled for delivery yesterday between 7 am and 11 am) and you cannot get a single person to answer the phone or return a voicemail. If youre unlucky enough to get someone in one of the other locations they will be absolutely rude and uncaring of your situation and are not able to even give a phone number for other locations. They still have my $1500 chair and I am not sure I will ever get it. I will not order from WayFair again until they stop doing business with this terrible company!Review from William S

Zero communication that they are late or where you items are. Big Box store that has an orange logo uses them. Family is waiting on hot water heater. Was supposed to be delivered by 8pm Saturday. I cleared my schedule to install it then. No phone call that it was late. No idea where it is. It is Monday now. Going to go to Orange store and get it myself. Complete waste of time and money. Will demand my shipping cost back. Orange store deserves to get bad rating as well for using them for online deliveries, what a joke.Review from Wendy B

I have had the same experience as the 2 prior reviewers. This company was hired by ******* to deliver furniture to my house. It was not delivered when it was supposed to be delivered. I've spoken to their logistics people in ******** 4 times now, and each time the ******** people try to contact the ************ people and get no response. Now a "manager" is "checking the warehouse." The phone number I was provided for the local office goes straight to a generic voicemail (no company name, etc.) and never provides an opportunity to enter the extension number provided. 0 Stars! They are a horrible delivery service. Never use them or you will suffer horrible stress trying to locate your package when it's 11 days late like mine was. I called them, ******* called them no answer most of the time and no return call or email. My package did not move for 14 days it sat at the same location 45 minutes away but no one could tell me why or when it would be delivered. It got rescheduled for delivery 6 times and every time I was told we called the driver but he don't answer his phone so we left a message.Does this idiot still work there because he shouldn't! My package would have fit in the trunk of a car but these idiots could not seem to get it to me on time.User's recommendation: Don't Use Them.Review from Amanda C

Would give 0 stars if possible. This warehouse company is a scam. They give you a scheduled delivery date for your expensive order and never show up or call to reschedule. All packages go missing in warehouse once you spend hours trying to get ahold of someone directly. Same exact thing happened with my replacement order once the first one went missing they gave me a delivery date, stayed home from work for the second time to receive and sign for package, it never came and after hours of trying to find an answer and being told the driver is in the area 6 hours prior I was finally told the warehouse lost my package again. This company does not communicate or deliver things on the day they are to be delivered. They give a voicemail they say they have no access to. Waited a week to have furniture delivered that has yet to be delivered. No one there seems to know anything about why it has not been resolved. They seem it care about if they please a customer or not. They are very rude and disrespectful.
