Order pizza from this location at 430 pm on 12/26/2023 ticket number 362 was told order would be around 35 to 49 minutes at 6pm my partner reached out to find out about the pizza was having a hard time understand the person as my partners native language is not English asked if someone else was available to assist us was told no we are never allowed to order again then hung up on I called was told we cant order we know what we did when asked what was told not to call back again called another location to get information and see if owner could review call so we can understand what was done wrong was told we were sorry and they would try to make it right they would reach back out no one ever did attempted to call back and was left on hold for 30 to 45 minutesInitial Complaint

This is with regards to the ************************************************************** location. I ordered an Extravaganzza and added provolone, a Meatzza, and a Philly Steak with extra provolone. The first two are supposed to automatically come with extra regular cheese but all three barely had any cheese at all. The crust was tough and hard to chew, the toppings dried out and overcooked, and the bacon I added was missing entirely from the Extravaganzza. There was more sauce than cheese and I ordered light sauce on two of them. I called to talk to the store manager who was rude, argumentative, and unhelpful. The most she would offer was a $10 store credit and we paid well over $40 with tip. Not to mention if I never get Domino&#**;s again it will be too soon. This was easily the worst pizza I&#**;ve ever had from Domino&#**;s, and some of the worst I&#**;ve had from anywhere, I feel completely ripped off, and the manager&#**;s response? Call corporate, who was closed at the time. I tried to call this morning during normal business hours, only to be put into an endless loop telling me to contact either the store or the website, no option to even speak to a human being. At this point, I just want a refund for the $**.22 we spent minus driver tip. We could barely eat the food and the little we did manage to choke down made us sick.
