      on nov. 17 23, i ordered 2 sets of bed sheets that were advertised as being cal king size, 18 inches deep corner pockets and sidewalls. i also ordered 2 sets of extra pillow cases to match the sheets. i received these orders on nov. 25 and 29, and put them in my closet for use on next change. when i tried to use the sheets, i discovered they were not the advertised 18 inches, but in fact, fully stretched, were barley **** inches. they do not fit on my 15 inch thick mattress. i ordered these specifically because they were advertised as being 18 inch. plus, when i opened the second set of blue pillow cases, i discovered they were a different color blue. not a shade lighter or darker, but a completely different color. almost purple. the company has been completely unresponsive. it has been 8 days since i brought this to their attention and i have had no response. i want these people to refund the ****** dollars i wasted on their fraud. i included a screenshot of the product description from their website where you can clearly see the the 18 inch claim. i have pictures of the actual sheets as well, but they will not upload here. i am happy to send to an email address you provide.

      We have responded through email several times. We are not receiving responses back. We have told the customer that we will provide a refund. It sounds like it's possible that the items he received have a manufacturing defect. This is the only issue like this that we're aware of.

       I am rejecting this response because:

       the business sent me 1 email, with a return form, i did not receive that form until 1/11/24 and they want me to pay for return shipping AND a 15% "restocking" fee. that was the only offer made. and i did reply to that, that "i do not feel i should be charged in any way for this mistake." i ordered in good faith, and paid in full upfront. if i got "defective" products, i am fully willing to have them exchange the products with me if they are AS ADVERTISED 18 or more inches deep; and then i will return these at my expense. OR, if the company will send me a prepaid shipping label, and guarantee a full $160.00 refund, i will ship the products within hours of receiving the label. they have been packaged and ready to ship since 1/1/24. it has been the company that has dragged this out.

      I was sent to my email a promotion for bed sheets. Buy 2 sets of ************************ and get a third for only $10.00. So I took them up on the offer and ordered 2 sets of split Cal king ************************ on June 14, 2022. I received the 2 sets of the sheets and was very satisfied with them. I don't remember exactly when I received them, however, I do remember thinking that I better order my third set for $10. before the offer runs out, so I ordered the third set for $10.00 and received them. Then thinking that I don't need them right away, I put them in my linen closet. More recently I decided to start using the third set of sheets and was taking them out of the package and put them on the bed. So.o nice were the sheets. I placed the 2 bottom sheets on the mattresses and then the pillow cases and every thing was fine until I took the top sheet out of the package and it had several cuts in it, as if it was the package on the top of the box and got sliced when opening the box. Well, I realize that it has been some time since I ordered the sheets, I hadn't taken them out to use them until recently. But now I can't use them without a top sheet. I would just like a top sheet to somewhat match the rest of the set so that I can use them, or refund me my $10.00 because they are of no use to me except as rags.

      Sheets are defective and poor quality. They tore after being on my mattress for a week. I ordered the split top king size. I've been given the run around. I've emailed a few different people who keep passing the buck. This company doesn't want to resolve the issue by either sending me another set or reimburse me. Terrible customer service. I've never dealt with anything like this. That just goes to show you what type of people you are dealing with. I even sent a picture of the very large tear.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

      Thank you. Unfortunately I threw the torn sheets away.  I sent two pictures proving they were greatly torn and did not anticipate having to return them.

      in an earlier e-mail I had received from "the sheet lady" her response was it had been over the 30 days since I purchased the sheets on Jan. 6th. I didn't even receive them until Jan. 16th.

      If you are willing to send a set without me returning the original back as they are in the landfill by now I would greatly appreciate it. It can be the same as I had originally ordered.

      I purchased a set of bedsheets for my dad for a Christmas present on 11-29-22. I paid ***** for them. I had ordered these early as they were a Christmas present and I wanted to make sure he got them in time. They came in a reasonable amount of time. He lives out of town so it was 12-27-22 before we were able to give them to him. Then he developed health issues and ended up moving to ******* (I live in *************) to stay the winter with my sister. He left ************* on 12-29-22. During this time is when he decided that we should return the sheet set. I contacted the company to see about a return via email on 12-30-22. I was told they had a 30 day return policy and would not accept them. I explained the situation and still they didnt care. They stated the policy was on their website. I didnt see it until this time. I emailed them once more explaining I would be contacting the BBB; I immediately got a phone call from ***** who gave me instructions how to process a return and the required paperwork. I completed the paperwork and sent the package back as shed directed. Today 1-12-23 I got a phone call from ***** stating shed received my package and would not process the return. She stated shed do an exchange or I could pay $15 to ship it back. I paid $8+ to ship them back, why would I pay $15 to get them sent back?? I again explained the prior conversation with her; I was told I was mistaken and mustve called the wrong number?? She was very rude and condescending; I hung up on her and proceeded with this complaint. The sheets were still sealed when I shipped them back to them via ****

      Customer called and spoke with ***** *.  ***** ** explained that the sale was past the 30 day time frame for returns.  But, she also said that as this appeared to be a family emergency that she would allow the customer to exchange the sheets for a size and color of her choice with no further charge including FREE return shipping.  Customer started to yell, scream and use vulgar language at which time, Sandy E. terminated the call.  We are still ready to exchange the sheet set for a size and color of the customers choice but we will not be subject to her yelling and vulgar language.

      I tried calling and calling the phone number ************ they had listed on the website. No answer for 2 + weeks. Finally this lady by the name of ****** called me back because I left messages acting like I wanted to buy some sheets. No one answers the phone. I told her what had happened with my sheets being way to big. They were terrible quality too. I doubt they are Egyptian cotton w/1800 tread count. My husband hated the feel. She wanted me to cut the elastic on the corner and shorten it and sew them back up myself. Really? I told her Im not good at that and plus I dont have a sewing machine. And why should I have to do that when I spend $70. Anyway. She said package them back up and return them and put a note inside the package saying what I said. So I did. Knowing she was never going to refund me. I paid $25 to send them back. They were delivered on May 12, 2022 @ 1:56 pm and signed by K ******. When I called ****** back she answered thinking I was a different lady from ****. I said no. I asked her what was taking so long for my refund. I told her they were delivered a month ago and K ****** signed for it. oh Im surprised my husband ***** was there during that time. Anyway K ****** I found out is the owner of the company. I kept calling asking where my refund was. She gives me the run around saying she needs to find out from ***** why it hasnt gone through yet. She knew **** well she wasnt going to refund me. Never called me back. **************** if they have one never called me back to tell me its been more than 30 days. Now in an email because I finally found an email address on line and emailed them. ***** the sheet lady responded if its really her name and not actually ****** said its been 60 days now and our policy is ***************************************************************** the money. Also.There was no receipt in the box. And I received them about a week or 2 after ordering. These sheet probably costs them $5.

      We have researched 03-19-22, we shipped promptly the next business day (Monday) via **** Priority Mail tracking ***************** which was delivered to the customer in ********** on ********.  Customer called in May 2022, left a message and our records show we returned the call just two days later and we informed the customer that it was past our thirty day return window.  It appears the customer is exagerating the times and dates and obviously, this is not our fault.  We set a rturn window and display that information on our website so that our service and returns are FAIR to all of our customers.

      12/14/2021 Ordered 2 sets of sheets, $139.90 Order ******************* And or ****** Never received, apparently lost???Tracking ****************** Only response is from same person twice telling me to file claim with **** I shouldn't have to??? But being nice I tried *** claims they handed off the ** postal service, postal service says they never received????If they did they would have been scanned..Neither can do anything???Other emails ignored, One phone call returned from a woman acting totally confused when calling back and leaving a message made no sense...Seems others have lost in mail why they continue to use this type of *** service to hand off to somebody else is beyond me especially when they've had same problem why use the same service...scam? Use a service that protects and insures you...It's been almost 2 months please refund my money... I needed sheets badly and I've already purchased elsewhere, tired of waiting and getting a run around from the sheet people and **** postal service can't do anything they never received them, if they did they would have scanned and show tracking, How can they just disappear.Again please refund my money and consider a different shipping service if any of this is real?

      I just went to my post office and this is where I got there... She printed off a paper as they have access to *** that says a label was created on 12/17/21 for the postal service at 7:00 p.m........ And that it states on the same date that it departed a facility at 8:00 in the morning She claims it's impossible for that timeline....

      So I get home I finally got to speak to a real person with the *** Now she's saying that it's their fault that the postal service did not receive it but they did receive it from you and that I am not allowed to do a claim that the shipper has to do the claim for this sure post package and they will refund She has it all set up for the ship have to do a claim.....
      Unfortunately I'm not allowed to do it
      I have gone above and beyond to try to help you the shipper and apologize that you in fact did ship it I believe the *** and that they're at fault at not getting it to the postal service... So at least we got somewhere...
      So I cannot do anything further It's up to you the shipper to do the claim and you will get a refund
      I do not want the sheets as I have already purchased so I will just take the refund as requested.
      I do not appreciate management saying that it is in a locker at the postal service for pickup when *** is now admitting the postal service never received the package as the postal service also agrees. Not sure where you get your information from.

      Just happy I got some resolution for both of us.

      I ordered sheets from The Sheet People on 9/29/21. The sheets were delivered to the wrong address (new neighbors), refused by them and sent back to ************ IN and left at the front desk, according to my search. I attempted numerous times to contact a live person, once reaching someone named "******" who assured me someone named "*****" would process a new delivery and change my incorrect address. That was several weeks ago. I finally disputed the $79.90 charge to my **** but it was denied. So, here I am out my money, no sheets and endless frustration trying to correct a simple solution to the problem that no one seems to want to bother with: to wit, my address is **********************************************, NOT ****, which apparently in embedded in their system and no one is able/willing to make this simple correction. I am asking for a refund at this point. I hope you can help. ***************************
