I am a current Xfinity customer that has transferred my **** services from a student-housing based apartment to a rental home. Due to being in student housing, there are other residents within the same apartment as me that I am roommate matched with or in other words people I do not know. From me having the ****, the two residents left within the apartment sought out Xfinity for **** services setting it up at the address and apartment number that I discontinued services from. While setting up services, one of the sales representatives at Xfinity linked my account with one of the current residents within the apartment, giving them my current address, resetting my account, changing my bill date and attempting to charge me twice within the month. I did not authorize this link of information nor did I authorize the giving away of my address to people who currently live at a shared apartment. I feel as though my personal safety has been jeopardized given they do not understand my reasoning for leaving said apartment.Initial Complaint

Comcast is still refusing to give me $100 **** prepaid card even after I spoke to agents who promised that they would give me the gift card now they're backtracking on what they said they said the gift card was already approved but now they're telling me it's only for people who have promotions they said they could provide a credit to my account but I would not receive the money so now I don't know what to do
