We have had nothing but wonderful-professional service at each visit. Hedis mother helped ******** was a jewel!. My daughter/son-***** gave me a beautiful silver ************** found a card my husband had written to *********** I Love You! That is so precious to me ~ my husband has passed away. I recently purchased a beautiful monogram necklace for my daughter. Again mother helped ********* even made it as I waited. I can highly recommend this business!*******************Review from Lisa G

Ordered a charm for a friend who husband passed in his handwriting. I received the wrong size charm, it was too small so you cannot read the handwriting. Talked to owner and she said she was going to send me a bracelet whit the handwriting on it. Said she stands behind her jewelry. Of course I never received anything, the companys voicemail is full and after reading the bad reviews on her website this wasnt the first time! I now have to dispute the purchase with my cc company! I feel like this company is a scam!Review from Zena W

The design was lovely and it looked just as advertised. Yesterday I removed the ring and I have a huge red scaly sore from the ring. It is not only unsightly, it is very painful. I can no longer wear the ring and had to go to the pharmacy for alcohol wipes to **** off an infection. Not my best Mother's Day gi ft.Review from Cyndi L

I can sure see why HeidiJHale is not BBB accredited!! Terrible customer service/thin silver products. The jewelry looks SO much better in the website pictures. They do not answer emails or calls. Not goodespecially for the high cost. I will sadly not recommend them. Such a shame too because it seems like its decent jewelry.Review from Holly M

Absolutely terrible. Not only did I not get my ring, I emailed multiple times and they said it would be looked into. Again nothing. I was promised a ring for my trouble. Nothing arrived. I emailed one more time. I was assured that the issue would be looked into. Again nothing but crickets. I am appalled with this company. They must have plenty of sales especially coming out of the pandemic. I am going to spread the word about who not to buy sterling silver jewelry from. ***** AlsoReview from Leslie C

Be aware that returning anything can be a nightmare. I purchased a bracelet in mid January for nearly $100 and was disappointed in the heft and quality. Within a week I wrote to their website twice with no response. I called and was given the run around and could tell they really didnt want to issue a refund. They pushed me to look at something else and I sent it back and told them I just wanted a refund. Another email from me went unanswered. Then I called again after my return had arrived at their shop two weeks earlier. The same woman apologized and assured me she would process my return the next day. That was two weeks ago. I finally received my refund yesterday, nearly two months later. Their customer service is awful.Review from Dr Jo D

My experience with both communication and quality was not good. I would not buy from them in the future.
