I was in this facility on 2/24/22 after 5pm! My order total was ****** but when I went to use my Chime credit card she manually put amount in for ******* instead of ******.and immediately unplugged the machine which made that costly mistake disappear because when she unplugged it! It didn't show on her sales for the day receipt so I was given no receipt and she said she couldn't void it because there was no record of it. I immediately called my bank from inside the facility and was told I had to dispute it which could very well take up to 90 days for her so called mistake. She lied and told me she couldn't contact manager whose name was chase which is a lie because the corporate managers name is ********************* and owner *********************. She didn't wanna lose her job over it but who cares if I lose my home. I've called in numerous times trying to contact management and I'm given the run around. They refuse to give me the managers name which I had to ****** myself and the manager will not return my phone calls at all. And, other associates just keep telling me it's under investigation and the manager had to see the cameras and proof. Well, I'm not lying and I even made my purchase still hoping that she would do the right thing but instead she lied, gave false info, was rude and cursing. She even asked if my boyfriend could get her a drink from the bar next door. Very unprofessional and extremely uncalled for not only on her part but her managers as well seeing how I was wrongfully overcharged and I get completely ignored.
