I contacted Greenwell Plumbing on January 7th, 2024 for a water leak in my yard at **** ***** **** *********** ******** Technician **** ***** arrived that afternoon to confirm the area of the leak. The leak was located on the right side of the home (underground) near the homes foundation. There was concern of foundation damage to repair. **** ****** returned the next day (Monday) to dig and repair. During the repair there was damage to private personal property. The property in question is custom curbing. Not once was I informed they would break my concrete curbing or remove it from the home where it was attached. I called the office about the concern when **** ****** called reporting the job was completed and to report he was "happy" with the condition they left the damaged curbing in. I called to speak with a representative of GreenWell Plumbing Monday at 1153am and 648pm, Tuesday at 1043am and 430pm, and Wednesday at 1151am. They reported they sent my information to ******** with customer relations multiple times. I at this time have had no contact from Greenwell Plumbing to remedy this concern of damaged property. I truly wanted to resolve this before proceeding with a compliant. I have requested to speak with ANYONE that could even address my concerns and was informed they were unable to forward my calls to anyone other than ********.Business response
