Trying to get a place for my elderly parents. I paid ***** for application and they never told me you have to make 21/2 times rent until after we got rejected. I asked why didn't you tell me ? She said they don't have to tell you unless you ask. That's crazy they are not being up front and I feel scammed. Do that to 100 people and look at all that money they are making.

Hello, ABOUT - 222 *********** APARTMENT, ****** ** ***** First, rent was high compared to ****** location and quality of housing, walls are thin as paper, you can hear the person sneezing or even walking from next door or upstairs, still paid $1250 per month and tolerated with the nuisance. When I left the apartment, I gave the apartment in the best condition, more than which I got in first place, but that property manager deducted 663 from 700, which is not appropriate. I have attached Photos from last day when I was leaving clearly shows apartment was clean and tidy, cleaned all appliances, including Fridge, cleaned all restrooms, windows, and carpet. When I got the apartment she told me there are few stains from before and she will not deduct the deposit when I will leave, MY QUESTION IS SHE SHOULD HAVE NOT GIVEN ME APARTMENT WITH CARPET STAINS, BATHROOM PATCHES AND IT'S WRONG TO ASK TENANT TO ACCEPT THE APARTMENT WITH FLAWS WHEN I MOVED IN, but still I adjusted and didn't said anything, she mentioned she won't deduct deposit for this when I will leave, and I was single person staying in the apartment, still there were insane charges for maintenance, and cleaning, carpet cleaning, and painting, you can see in photos walls are not spoiled at all, and when I moved in it was there responsibility to give me clean carpet as I paid 1250 per month for this s*** I was staying with same property management other apartment 113 ****** drive and she gave me all the deposit with reasonable deduction, but this lady is exploiting the tenants, I got check after 45 days which is wrong, that previous manager ******* refunded me within 15 days. I NEED MY DEPOSIT BACK. ATTACHED ARE PHOTOS THAT I GAVE THE APARTMENT IN BEST CONDITION. Please it has to be fair as a tenant, and these property manager should be changed as they are exploiting tenants. Please scroll the *** as I have merged all the photos in two pdf , along with statement.Thank you,Best Regards, *************************

      Hello,

Please here are recent details for the case.
Property manager is lying and not confirming which she agreed when I moved in. Attached is the form for Carpet stains, sink top stains and rusted dishwasher. For cleaning she deducted 100, carpet cleaning 108 separately, and for painting another 125. I was staying by myself and there was no damage to anything , I didn't even install a single hook or s**** on wall.

Please refer to the pictures, which I took just before leaving the apartment.  I tolerated her bad carpet and sink for a year, paid whole rent, she didn't compensated for this bad service, as she was supposed to give me a clean apartment when I moved in, she mentioned to me during this that if I find any flaws anything more than this mentioned in above form, I can report that within a week, and she will add that in form above, I called her and said there are few more stains and damages , and she told she will mention that in form, and would not deduct the deposit. My question is instead of mentioning that she would have fixed that in first place, I tolerated with this s*** for a year and paid 1250 per month, atelast should be getting my deposit back, please it's an ******* request to support for this, as she might have looted many people before, ( you can see bad reviews on ******* and no one made an effort to investigate further into this matter.

As I have cleaned apartment and even the appliances, there were stains on carpet, from before, I was supposed to get a professionally cleaned carpet when I moved in, and called property manager and she agreed that stains are preexisting, and deposit won't be deducted. I didn't deserve bad stained carpet for a whole year, she would have replaced that before I moved in. If you are in my shoes, you will also expect for a good service which you are paying for, and no one will accept these stained carpets from before, I was paying $1250 for a month whole year and especially for location like ******.

According to ************* Law, for refunding the deposit, property management cannot charge for normal wear and tear. It's in ******* Code 32-31-3-12.  Therefore, should be getting full refund from you.

My daughter rented an apartment from this complex with her friend from 09/2021-09/2022. I co-signed for the apartment. My daughter stayed for the duration of the lease and moved out of the apartment once the lease was up in September 2022. Her friend stayed in the apartment and signed a new lease. I believe he stayed until June of 2023 according to what records I have for the charges he left behind. His remaining charges for cleaning and sheriff's fees were turned into a collection agency as my debt and my daughter's debt. My daughter contacted the property management office and was told by ******************************** that we have to dispute the collection debt even though there is documentation to prove that my daughter's lease was not in effect at the time of the charges. We have reported the dispute to the credit bureau, but want to make people aware of what this property management company is doing. They are falsely putting collection accounts in previous tenants' names. My daughter did not leave any debt behind. The debt that shows in the account bill is from June 2023 well after she moved out.
