Retirement funds/pension was held at 1st source bank. They for some reason couldnt cut checks. Wires are not an option at 1st source. After several inquiries they were supposed to deliver funds in person. They then for some reason couldnt but then said they had a computer glitch and dropped half a million dollars in the mail. Checks this large should be a wire or at least delivered with signature required. We will see if the funds ever arrive. Stay away from this bank, Im not sure they actually have money whe. Its requested.

Worst bank ever consistently overdraft every chance they get at $36 a pop. Their same day deposit protection for overdrafts is garage. Often they process the charge close to closing which is at 5 so anyone with a job is screwed and they won't stop after you reach the negative any auto payments they will process even if you put a restriction on the account. ************************** if you read this your **** cabbage for robbing people with little in the first place.

Not a bad Bank but it's not without its issues. I ordered checks over 2 weeks ago they never arrived if they were lost or stolen I hope they will cancel the entire box without charging me ? Anyone can use them! When I called they offered to send more out but that doesn't help pay my bills or protect me from my account getting drained.

I have a loan with 1st Source Bank of ********** ******* like cosigned for my daughter when she failed to make a payment the bank whom has my name and phone number as the primary borrower failed to call me and tell me so that I could make the payment instead they waited 30 days and then reported it to the credit bureau ruining my excellent credit report ironically after they did that then they decided they should call me I'm very upset with this bank If they had only called and asked me for the payment to begin with I would have paid it immediately very poor practices on their part I wish there were some way to collect damages from them for what they did to me

The bank teller, *************************** stole my personal bank information and provided it to an inquiring individual. Apparently that does not go against 1st source corprate policies. There is no privacy with this bank and all your information can be compromised. Highly recommend using a credit union

AVOID THIS BANK AT ALL COSTS!! If not for my HSA I have through my employer needing to be at this bank in order to receive employer match... I'd rip that account out and go elsewhere with it as well.I was looking to move to this bank a couple of months back. Signed all the paperwork, opened my account and made an intital CASH deposit. During the process, they completely screwed up my account despite having my wife's personal information on the license she gave to them, they never opened the savings account requested and it took almost 2 MONTHS to get my wife's correct debit card. They had sent her original debit card a week after opening but had her name entirely wrong, I brought this to their attention THREE TIMES over 45 days and only after the 3rd time when I had told them if they didn't get it right I was taking my business elsewhere... Did they finally sent it. Well by then it was too late, my wife had not been able to use the card for nearly 2 months. All purchases were done on my card and we even had to withdraw cash from the teller, the deposit it in ANOTHER BANK just for her to have access to it. I hadn't gotten around to closing my account yet because I haven't had time to wait on hold for 45 minutes every day, but I went to transfer some money from my HSA to my account so I could use the card, I find out they have already canceled my checking account and canceled all cards. No notification, no email, no paper statement, no phone call. Just canceled it... On their own... Without my request. I was going to cancel it anyhow, so thanks to them I no longer have to! This account has NO MINIMUM BALANCE, just a minimum direct deposit amount or you risk fees... Not cancelation. Not sure about you... But I consider that to be a VERY SHADY business practice to engage in. This corroborates my experiences over the last 15 years, but I thought I would at least give them a chance to redeem themselves. 1st Source is NOT fit to be in the banking business - PERIOD.
