I placed an order with ******************* of the South Bend Print Shop for the personalization of 7 sweatshirts. We ordered the sweatshirts directly to him from Aviva Wholesale for a total of $84.52. We paid the South Bend Print Shop $56.00 for the job. When I got the order, I discovered that the printing was done incorrectly on the front of the sweatshirt. The mockup that we approved clearly showed that the order was to be done on the back of the sweatshirt. When I reached out to *******************, he graciously agreed to promptly redo the sweatshirts. He then reached out to us a while later that the sweatshirts would be ready for pickup the next day and that we should arrange with him where to meet to pick them up. Since then, I have reached out to him several times with no response (starting on Tuesday, December 12). I finally emailed an ultimatum that if we do not hear from him within 2 days we plan to contest the credit card charge of $56.00 and to file a complaint with the BBB. It has now been over a week. As of now, we cannot contact ******************* and we do not have the sweatshirts that we ordered (we have been waiting 2 weeks now without response). At this point, unless we receive notice that the order is ready/will be ready soon, we would like a refund for the $56.00 paid to South Bend Print Shop plus the $84.52 that we spent on the sweatshirts that were ruined by the faulty printing. Additionally, we were disappointed with the poor quality of the printing done on these sweatshirts. We ordered glittery letters, and there were patches missing the glitter on the letters on several sweatshirts. This is unlike other jobs that were previously done for us by the ** Printshop.Initial Complaint

Paid $1089.11 on 3/24/22 with a customer due date of 4/11/22 for customized printing on Nike hats. The owner was unable to do the printing on the front of the hats to our satisfaction and agreed to keep the order with modifications. He agreed to reimburse us for PVC rubber patches to be sewn on the front of the hats, at his expense. He agreed to still print the decals on the sides and backs of the hats. The patches were ordered from a separate company in May and provided to him in late May/early June. In an email dated 5/18/22 he stated "I found a friend that does sewing as a hobby to hand sew each on a single stitch machine at $3 a hat...I will be writing a check for the patches once the order is complete." In mid June, I attempted to contact him about dropping off a second batch of patches for grey hats (we had multiple colors) but was unable to reach him. On 6/14/22, I stopped by his place of business and dropped off the patches for the grey hats. He was not there, as he was dealing with personal responsibilities. On 6/22/22 he emailed me saying he hoped he would have the grey hats back as soon as the sewer got back to him. A separate email on 6/23/22 said he would call the sewer again. Emailed dated 7/1/22 says the sewer is still working on them. Emails on 7/11, 7/15, and 7/16 say the same. On 7/20/22 he responded to my emailed request for the unfinished merchandise to be returned saying "as I said before him [the sewer] responding and letting me pick them up is out of my hands and it's going to take as long as it takes...As for the check it was to be a courtesy which I am no longer extending you can have the amount in a credit if you really want it. This is to be as clear as I can possibly make it I will drop off your hats when I have them to drop off and not a minute later." I asked for the sewer's information to follow up myself, but received no response. I reached out again on 7/58/22 with no response. Emails can be provided if needed.
