Called in morning for repair of gas leak in supply line just inside my basement. NIPSCO had shutoff gas and pinned meter valve. ************* promised a technician by 3pm to repair. He arrived looked at problem and left saying he had to go to Ft ***** for parts and would return tomorrow. My house is 3.5 miles from JO **************************** The gas line is standard black pipe...a 6 length, a T and an elbow....can't believe South Milford doesn't stock that. I called ** **** to complain and was offered a Service Manager.....I needed hot water and gas for my stove ...not a bunch of excuses. .

We are sorry that we didn't meet the expectations of ********************. We procured the parts and called him back the next day to schedule the tech back out, he informed the dispatcher that he wished to cancel the repair.Review from Walter P

My air went down July 19th when we were having a get together so we called this company because they installed the unit. They sent a tech who said he had been with company since November of last year because he was a gold miner before that. His wife had found a job back here. Not saying he did not know what he was doing but I was in the business for thirty and said I thought it was low on charge. He said TXV PROBLEM. Call another company found it to be low on charge. They wanted charge $600 and could not get part for a month. Would not use them at all.J. O. Mory, Inc. Response
