I have been using this service for over a decade and pay $51 quarterly to have my trash hauled away. The past several weeks, my trash was not hauled away 3 times. I called to ask about the issue and remind them that we are Monday pick-*** each time, and was always given an excuse as to why non one came. Once someone came by two days later to get it; the other two times they did not. This week, they did not get my trash on my trash day of Monday 9/20. I called Tuesday morning 9/21 to inquire. I was told they had decided to stop servicing us and forgot to put a flyer on our can. I reminded them we had paid up to 9/30 for service. They said it did not matter, they would not be coming anymore as we were three miles from their nearest other customers, and that they would not come this week either, even though we had not had any notice.Business response

Company has refunded the consumer for the month of September in the amount of $17.00. Further stating the consumer is satisfied with this.Customer response
