      At the end of February 2024 I bought a brand new 2024 Kia ********* from ******************* Terre Haute. I love my car & the salesman was wonderful. However, Ive been having issues with the collision control on my car acting up, literally since the day I drove it off the lot. Ive tried to be a loyal customer by going back there for my oil changes & service but I keep getting the runaround. They recalibrated my sensors one time & since then they cannot get my car to act up or throw a code while theyre test driving. Ive asked them to plug in the computer to see the past ************ say they cannot. The last time I took my car in they told me the sensors act up because of bug guts on my windshield. When the collision control activates it starts beeping, my steering wheel shakes & my breaks engage. This happens when my cruise is set & when theres absolutely nothing in front of my car. Im afraid Im going to cause an ************ dont want myself, my family or anyone else hurt. They dont seem to take my concerns seriously & in the last 2 weeks I called 7 times, and got a call back once today, which just happens to be the day before my next oil change is scheduled. I only got the message thru when I told the lady at the front desk my issue. She took it to the service department herself. I was told by ******* that they have 3 service men in the office & that things fall through the cracks which isnt good customer service. Im beyond frustrated & just want my car fixed properly. They told me they cant do anything without it throwing a code for them in real time. I dont want to be out of warranty & then this become my issue. Ridiculous that you can spend $40k+ on a vehicle & then they dont want to make things right when it acts up.

      The sales staff and service department were great. HOWEVER, when we traded in the vehicle elsewhere we contacted them for a refund from the service contract. they said it would be a few weeks, that would mean end of June beginning of July. It never came. My husband had various interactions with **** the Finance Manager. Finally, today I reached out, business professional but firm and called him (Sept 29, almoat 3 months later). I started by trying to explain what had happened and he cut me off, so I said please let me finish what I am saying. then when finished he said "do you want to call the warranty company then?" I said no that is your job not mine. He said well I did my job. I said apparently not or we would know when this would be addressed. He HUNG UP on me. I was not yelling or rude just honest. But we aren't done! I then proceeded to call back and ask for the ** I was placed on hold. 9 mins, then the young man said he isn't available he just took someone out for a test drive. I said well who should I speak to then? he said I don't know. I said well how about the owner, he said "if he answers, good luck". I said well this needs addressed. He said the ** will call u, I said ok... then paused...... do you want my info I asked? No I have it written down he said. I said well most people would say I have your info ill have him call, you are all lacking on customer service skills, he said goodbye smuggly. It's been over an hr and no call back. The plot thickens then **** had the audacity to text my husband "the check went out yesterday" while I was waiting on hold for the **. Acting all nice via text. My husband called him out via text for hanging up and received no apology or even a response. We will not use this company again. Terrible customer service.
