DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. Bought furniture in April of 2021 and still have received nothing. The communication around the issue is neglectful. They don't call you for updates EVER. This store has basically stolen money from me and uses excuse after excuse to justify it. Store policy is they can't. Ynder the extreme circumstances I would think this could be ammended. After reading other complaints it sees they have stolen many people's hard earned money.

We have offered you to reselect for another set in which we have in stock and never heard back. Your bedroom set is still backordered. Unfortunately there are still nationwide supply chain issues in several industries including the furniture industry, ever since the ***** pandemic. These issues are everywhere, not just us. Furniture stores, car dealerships, grocery stores, appliance stores, and many more! We sincerely apologize for the delays, but unfortunately a lot of these supply chain delays and issues are out of our control.The manufacturers are short staffed so production takes longer than normal.The trucking & transportation companies are short staffed so delivery times are longer and in-consistent.The companies are trying to hire new people every day which actually leads to slower production in some instances due to training delays & new employee mistakes.I am sure you are familiar with a lot of these issues, since we all experience them on a daily basis even shopping at the grocery store.We hear from our customers that quite a few other furniture stores are quoting a year or more due to these ongoing issues.We are doing everything within our power to obtain your merchandise from the manufacturer as fast as possible.Hopefully this is a once in a lifetime thing we all have to go through with these ongoing economy issues due to fallout from *****.Many small family owned businesses such as ourself are struggling to deal with the ongoing production delays, just like the large corporations are.The moment we have updated information about your order or it arrives, we will call you immediately with that information.For further information, you can simply ****** furniture delays Thanks again for your patience!

Your information is incorrect. I have contacted you several times regarding this matter. I have also explained to everyone in the phone I spoke with. I do not want any other sets and I should not be forced into a product I don't want. At the time I bought my furniture I was quoted 20 weeks at the **** I undersrand the current situation, but that does not give you the right to steal good people's hard earned money. You have not been able to provide me a product that i paid for and I have been more than patient. It is sad that it takes poor reviews for company to make any effort to reach out to your consumers with some sort of an update. Shame on you for stealing from me.
