We contracted this company to change our pool liner on 9/17/2021. This was completed. The pool has not been used since then. About two weeks ago we noticed the liner they installed had fallen down on about 25% of the pool. On 5/11/2022, I called to get them to come out and address this issue. I never heard from them. On 5/13/2022, I emailed them with pictures of the issue. I never heard back. On 5/18/22, I emailed them again. Never heard back. Yesterday, 5/24/2022, I called and spoke to an agent. She told the operations manager would call me. I have not heard back from anyone.Business response

We understand you have an issue with your pool liner. This liner was installed last September. While we are happy to try and find a resolution, understand that things happen with pools beyond our control throughout each winter. Pools settle, liners tear or untrack, pieces break, pools settle, etc. We do sympathize with you and are happy to try and help. First of all, I actually did place call to you and left a voicemail to call direct to myself, *** Richards ops manager with my number. Please feel free to call me at ************. I can go over some options, but we really need more detail. Our customers come first so we invite you to make that phone call to see if we can work something out amicably. As much as we try we just cannot predict what type of weather or temperatures Mother Nature will bring throughout the freeze and thaw cycles over each winter and with so many potential problems with swimming pools, we need to determine if this is a job that can be covered.
