Top Quality Aire was paid to install heat and a/c system the sytem was rated for two areas one area 24x24 feet with three rooms and the second area open 24x24 feet they installed the heat January 2021 and a/c in July ****************************************************************************************** august 2021 however the issues were not fixed after august they said they would return twice but never showed up since around October 2021 I have been unable to contact anyone and my messages go unanswered the issues include: 1. the system is not the 1.9 ton quoted but rather a a 1.2 ton resulting in A/C not capable of maintaining rooms at temp 2. the duct work for the second area is not installed 3. damage to the ceiling were a vent was installed then removed and breaking out a 12 inch by 10 inch hole 4. failure to insulate duct/vents resulting in condensation water damage 5. heater is under sized should be around ****** BTU larger In summery the units are undersized, not installed completely and damage not repaired
