I rented with Sequoia Leasing for 3 years never missed a payment and was always early. I gave my 30 days notice and all the proper way to handle ****** Tenant Laws. Had my Final Walk Inspection May 23rd. A lady named Judy did the inspection with us. She said that we were suppose to have the electricity on until end of the month, She said it was in the lease agreement. I checked the lease agreement there is nothing that states to leave the electric on until end of them month. We completed the final walk through. She said nothing was wrong with the property we both agreed the carpet needed replaced in bedroom 2 were my dog had been . She said the property was clean and in good condition, she said thanks for spackling the walls because of the nail holes and should be easy to paint. I have photos of the property was left and clean and photos of the final walk through inspection report all parties signed also. On May 24th Judy called and changed her tune. She said We trashed the property. We left it a mess. The Superintendent Jeremy said the carpets were all trashed and needing replaced and we didn't clean the base boards and behind the fridge. Dog hair was all over the place that we needed to drop what he were doing and come over and clean again. I I went over there and she said that I needed to re clean the property or they were going to keep my ****. I never could report a problem because it took days for for a response and when i did he was ********* and using calling me bad names. Judy said that Jeremy would have to Supervise me like a little kid. I told Judy I am not going to play there games so i left the property told her i was going to report them . Jeremy is a *********** he never shows up.! Judy on May 23RD sat there and talked about Jeremy said that he was a ********** and ************ and John the owner of Sequoia was a ********* she's only been there for 1 month, Told us how she has heard this all day and was upset that's why everyone is moving out.!!
