11 Aug 2022 attempted to purchase a live scope ***** system from Russell Marine products. Website had it listed at ******* as well as a GPSMAP **** which was listed at *******. Both were added to cart, Once payment was asked for pricing showed the ***** system at *******. When inquiring via email i was told " We only had limited stock of them" by Jon ***** their sales representative via email. However the option to buy at regular price was still available for immediate shipment. This appears to be a bait and switch sales tactic. I'm seeing them to honor the price which was on the website as well as in my cart prior to payment method being requested.Business response

During the coarse of our current sale all marketing has clearly stated "While Supplies Last". We had a specific stock of the ***** available at the $******* price. When items are added to the cart it does not save them from being purchased by other users, and unfortunately it appears that was indeed the case. I do see that you did purchase one of our used Livescopes for $******. Given the bad luck on the timing of the new version selling out at the sale price, I have issued a $****** refund via affirm on the transaction for the used LiveScope. I hope this helps the situation and is to your satisfaction. Please let us know if you have any questions at all. Fair compensation, It's still concerning however that the price was changed while in the shopping cart. I do appreciate the communication of this company, and will return as a customer.
