On May 23rd I purchased a bed from Rasmus auctions. Last week I used Bungii services to have a mattress delivered from Rasmus. Unfortunately I received the wrong bed and had to use a uhaul to pick up the right bed. I am looking to be refunded for renting a uhaul to get the right bed back to my house. When I emailed them they stated that it wasn't their fault and to contact Rasmus. I would be the refund charges of me getting a refund of taking the old bed back to get the new one.Customer response

Bungii LLC loaded the matress and delivered the wrong mattress to me. Attached is the fee I paid.Initial Complaint

This is the second time I use the app. First time good. The driver called me before and we set all details. At the time I put ok at the app it confirms a different time ( not the one I typed) and ( I didn’t notice right away) a different drop address. When I try to contact the driver it says is text only. I texted. Then email bungii. Asking them to CALL. They never called they emailed but I was on the phone trying to reach out the person. Then while moving the furniture it breaks. The mover says NOTHING. And i call him to give him the code with the address and he still moves somewhere else. I reach customer service. She says by text i will be charged for every minute this is going on. The the mover yells at me saying he works with bungii. Still all this time They are wating NOT SOLVING I will have to pay. I feel so robbed and angry. I just lost hundreds of dollars and nobody cares to make a call
