Purchased ******* TV from ********* online, November 30th. Starving Artists Moving scheduled delivery for December 10, in the afternoon. They never showed nor did they call/text. I called multiple times and left messages. Monday, December 13, @ 11:32 am Blake ****** called and said they were on there way. We were working and having no advanced notice, we weren't able to get home on a last minute call. I told Blake we could receive delivery later in the week, just not Wednesday. Called ********* December 14th and their records show delivery was scheduled for today (Wednesday) between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm. I cancelled a doctors appointment and took off work. Called Starving Artist Moving twice this morning and got voicemail. As of 10:40 am we have received no phone call to say they were delivering. Since TV already paid for and no delivery confirmation what can we do? Cannot reach real person.Business response
