      I have bought me a beautiful Buick incline and the engine went out within the time of my temp tag was still good. When they try to work with me they went against the deal that they originally had very bad business will never get a car from them ever again

      DO NOT purchase a car from this dealership. I have had so much trouble with them shutting my car off and unable to get to work. I realize it's my responsibility to pay on time but bad things happen to good people sometimes. I regret ever purchasing from them. I was kept in the dark on so many things. They are a shady company to do business with. As soon as l can l am trading the car off. RUN!!!

      These guys do not disclose anything to you when you get a car from them. Where do I start? I applied online and they gave me a guaranteed approval but it was not a purchase like I thought only a lease then they delivered the car to me I gave them 1900.00 down but when I went over the paperwork they handed me when they dropped off the car it was a lease not a purchase then they would not take the car back without me paying a high amount of money then they only give you 15000 miles a year to drive the vehicle then 15 cents per mile after that. Then I find out it's a stick shift and I'm mentally disabled and I told them I could not drive the car safely and needed an automatic so they would maybe work with me but no they wanted to much money that I could not even afford for them to give me an automatic then they also shut off your car when ever they feel like it. I have cancer and a traumatic brain injury from the 90s so I've got a lot of doctor appointments they shut my car off on my way to a doctor's appointment and made me walk five miles home just because Brandi in the auto exchange office felt like it. Because her excuse was because my insurance but but I just had paid six months in advance on my insurance so how come she turned it off three more time that week and I had to leave my car in traffic and call a tow truck to move the car because she wanted to be a bxzxz.tch and thought it was funny. Then I had referred people to go to them for a car on3 being my mom. And my mom told them I referred her to them so I would get a referral fee paid to me Brandi lied to my face so did Jeremy that they had mailed me a check out and that it came back to them. Then when I called her and asked about it she laughed in my face and said that my mom was a lier they also changedy insurance without my permission and wanted to own my licence plates trying to change ownership of my plates without my permission but dmv notified me.

      The business office manager has made leasing from Auto Exchange nearly impossible. I have never experienced customer service this bad. I pay over 700.00 a month and I am CONSTANTLY harassed by her. She will not give me the name of her manager or the names of the people who own the company. She makes up policy's as she goes. What works one month doesn't work the next month. I will be looking for a different car.
