Tenants took detailed videos of condition of apartment at time of move in. Tenants are being charged for damages that existed at time of move in. Have tried to resolve through Property Management company, but they are not responding to latest emails. There is a concern they are assessing erroneous charges to over 140-150 tenants who have transitioned out of this property in the summer of 2024.Business response

Attached is documentation of our move out process with this resident. We believe we provided evidence to back up our stance on what was charged from their deposit. Attached is the lease, move out expectations, move out inspection and what they would be charged for (owner paid for quite a bit of the paint and just a small about the the residents), their disposition paperwork and invoices, the communication with them/and they their party representative.
Note: We bought ********* Dec 2022, consolidated with another management company we own and created/rebranded as Cobalt Real Estate Management Inc. as of 1/1/24.
