This company is running a fraudulent business. They offer tickets to events that aren't even available to purchase yet with a guarantee of issuing tickets. They charge you for the tickets during the checkout process and that's when the drama starts. They don't actually issue you the tickets. You get an email saying we will only give you tickets 1 day prior to the event but that's it. Why take money when you are not going to issue the tickets. On top of that they refuse to refund you the money too.Business response

The customer purchased tickets on 2/27/2024 to a show occurring on 5/28/2024. Tickets were guaranteed to be delivered on or before 5/27/2024, which would be at least one day prior to the show. The customer contacted us on 2/29/24 and 3/1/24 to express his concern over the tickets not being delivered immediately, even though the email confirmation clearly showed that tickets would be sent on or before 5/27/2024.
Tickets were delivered to the customer on 3/4/2024 via email and the customer has the tickets in their possession, well ahead of the scheduled on-hand date of 5/27/2024 and event date of 5/28/2024.

The tickets that were provided to the event are legitimate and will allow the customer to gain access to the event. The customer's concern about the legitimacy of our business is unfounded. If the customer would like to return the tickets to our company, he can contact our Customer Service team at ************ from 8:30am to 9:30pm CST 7 days per week.Customer response
