The 1st picture is what they send and said the blankets was going to look like ..the second picture is have they came out ..third picture is How the website picture look..so pay through ****** ..they lied to ****** they told me to Throw the blankets away and they will make me new blankets..so after ****** Release the money two them they wouldn't make new blankets or give my money back ..they said Return the blanket...but they told me to it destroy because they couldn't do anything with..then they told me they was not going to remake the blankets because it might came out the same way..so I told them to make me a necklace then ..they RefuseBusiness response

Hello,
Ms. ***** ordered 2 blankets and 1 necklace from our store. We made the blankets and shipped them as requested, using the images she sent us. Before making the blankets, we contacted her and she approved the previews. After receiving the 2 blankets, she wanted us to make her 2 new blankets using the same image. We explained if we remade the blankets using the same images, she would get the same product as before. Here are the facts that proceed:
1. She opened a dispute with ****** on the blankets and necklace. We fully refunded her for the necklace - since it had not been shipped. We explained through ****** that we would like to fully refund her for the blankets if she sent back both blankets.
2. She lost her ****** case, the case was resolved in our favor. See attached resolution from ******. We still offered to refund her if she sent them back. See attached.
3. After realizing she would not get 2 new blankets from us and ****** had resolved this in our favor, she threatened to report this to BBB, calling us "racist" because we would not make her new blankets (or new necklace). See attached. We are a black owned business!
4. Ms. ****** is lying about us telling her to destroy the blankets. We would never do that. If we did, she should be able to produce the email. All our communication has been via email, she should produce the email/message.
5. She is misrepresenting the amount of money in dispute. She paid $155, not $258.
We are still offering to fully refund her. If Ms. ****** returns both blankets, which we believe are well made, we will waive the restocking fee and fully refund her.

Yes, they did send me the pictures of have the blankets would like look ..but if you on't look like what I got..what I got was a mess.. They told me that they was going to make new blankets ..after PayPal set out of it .I didn't get the blankets ..and the reason why I got my money back from the the necklace because they never made the necklace ! They never told me to send a new picture or anything..I order the necklace before I got the blankets..after I got the blankets I told them to cancel the necklace.they did send my money back or anything ..they I call PayPal that how I got my money back from them the necklace..they do bad work for some people ..and call their self Resting Angels! They told me too Throw away the blankets...ask what I want them to do I say remake the blankets.. They say they couldn't do anything with the blanketsInitial Complaint

This place has been a living nightmare to me. I am apalled at the terrible poor service provided to me by resting angels. I've never been through so much pain and suffering from a shopping experience in my life. First of all, I received a severely defective dog tag with a picture of my dead mother's head cut off. They basically blamed me for it. They also sent an empty package which was supposed to contain another dog tag which was missing. They blame the customer for all mistakes, posted in the return policy. They have a poor template for the preview before purchase that neglects to show where the hole and curve of the pendant go on the dog tags. I was so shocked, so disturbed, and horribly stressed from receiving the item with the head cut off picture that I became overwhelmingly confused and forgetful for about 2 weeks, like I had a stroke, resulting in a misunderstanding. No help. No understanding. They refused to refund me for the missing pendant. I also wanted a refund for the severely defective head cut off pendant, but they refused, promised me a replacement for 3 weeks, and never followed through with it. They strung me along, lied to me, for 3 weeks plus, and suddenly changed their mind now wanting a return, which I can't do. I'm severely disabled. My emails are ignored. I found this a terribly insensitive and cruel place toward myself being disabled and grieving. I deserve a full refund.Business response

Hello, This order was fully refunded on March 23rd 2023*** ******* **** was fully refunded by her bank after she told her bank she did not receive her items. See attached screenshot. We clearly disagree with her version of what transpired. Nonetheless we always strive to treat our customers with dignity and respect so we agree to the full refund she was issued in order to resolve this matter, and she can keep the items. The refund totaling $138 has already been issued from our end on March 23, and the bank sided with her chargeback reason on May 9th 2023. Please let me know if there are any more issues.

I am rejecting this response because: As far as I know my bank did not notify me that they sided with my chargeback. I never sent you a screenshot of anything. They only gave what they call a temporary credit which was around $123 until they had resolved it which they never notified me that they did. So your going to have to wait a day for me to call my bank to see what's going on.

Hello, I'm writing to once again confirm that this order's dispute was resolved in ** ******* *****s favor and she was fully refunded by her bank.
After talking to her banking institution, they should confirm the case is closed and it was resolved in ** ******* ****** favor (and she was fully refunded). Since we have fully refunded her money, and she can keep both of her memorial items, we hope this settles this matter.
Let us know if there are any more concerns on this case.

I am rejecting this response because: ******* and Resting Angels have no shame since they are continuing to lie out here in the open. Both of their entire responses was a complete lie. There was no 138 refund. There official dates and official looking screen captures are all fake. I guess they are very experienced at this and can make any kind of official looking screen capture file since that was the same thing they did to make me think I was getting a replacement for such a long time. I didn't file a chargeback I filed a dispute and the temporary 123 credit is not an official refund. As soon as I get an official refund from resting angels the temproary credit will be removed. My bank also says they are still investigating since resting angels is disputing my dispute and never gave me any kind of refund which should total 123.09 or total 127.67 which would include that extra 4.58 for that fake insurance I was charged for. I have never filed a dispute before let alone ever had to report someone to the bbb. Sorry for the 1 day delay, I am also ill at the moment. This is not resolved.
