We recently had the exterior of our home painted by PEMCO Painting. The experience was first rate. Dan, the Owner, provided a detailed price proposal to include extensive use of photos. In addition, Dan managed scheduling expectations with frequent communication. The work performed on site was the team of Kevin and David. They did an excellent job at preparations (Power washing, caulking, and so on) and worked hard each day painting the various elements (soffits, trim and stucco body) of our home. Some of this work had challenges such as being up high off the ground. Kevin and David also did a nice job with site cleanup and had great attention to final touch up detail. Everyone at PEMCO Painting was professional, friendly and good communicators. I recommend considering PEMCO Painting when needing your home painted.Review from Susan W

*** was terrific to work with, he answered all our questions, helped problem solve some water leaks inside, and used a drone to take pictures of all the rot in high places so we could see what he saw. We had extensive wood rot that needed repaired and painted. His team came in and took care of the work quickly. They found additional problems on top of our chimney and Dan communicated those issues (with pictures) and additional costs quickly and they were able to fix them that day. Couldn't be more pleased with Dan and his crew. I had exterior house painting including wood rot repair and two decks done by Pemco Painting. The quote was slightly higher than the other two quotes I received, but still within reasonable range. The quote was very detailed so I was not surprised by any extra charges. Throughout my dealings with Dan, I felt he treated me honestly and respectfully. I was impressed with how hard the crew worked, the quality of their work, the pride they took in doing a good job, and their friendliness. The house looks fantastic and I even got compliments from my picky neighbor next door! I definitely would hire Pemco Painting again.Review from Paul S

I had a great experience with Dan and his team. The final price was extremely close to the estimate (save some extra well-needed repairs!) and the crew was kind and friendly. They finished the whole house in less than a week and it looks beautiful!Review from Candi P

We reached out to Dan for a quote on painting our house. We were in a bit of a bind because of storm damage and the resulting repairs. Dan and PEMCO Painting LLC came to the rescue and worked us into their schedule. Dan was very professional and stayed in touch throughout the process. Of all the contractors we have dealt with the past month he was hands down the best. His workers were also the best, they did an very good job and left the area around our house cleaner than they found it. If you need paint (inside or outside) do yourself a favor and call Dan today!!!!!!Review from Gary L

We recently chose PEMCO Painting to repaint the exterior of our house and were very happy with the outcome. Timeliness and communication was excellent, the crew did an exceptional job, was very thorough and professional. PEMCO had already been recommended to us by a neighbor and we were happy we chose them for our painting project. We would definitely use them again in the future.
