I had scheduled a consultant with a dog trainer for my new dog that was aggressive and biting. My veterinarian over at ********* hospital in and lewood Kansas was the one that referred me when I contacted their customer service I was told that the fee would be a $120 when the trainer arrived they spent maybe 5 minutes on the training of the biting and the aggressiveness and the rest of it was spent on tricks. Laying down, sitting etc.. I was so disappointed. I really don't want to take this as far as social media because it could really ruin their business but I'm extremely disappointed and I would not recommend them and I would never use them again I am just asking for them to write-off the reminder I did pay the $50 I really don't want to take this as far as social media because it could really ruin their business but I'm extremely disappointed and I would not recommend them and I would never use them again I am just asking for them to write-off the reminder I did pay the $50. I also received a letter from a collection agency which is absolutely ridiculous if this is not do not resolved that I will post this on social media I don't appreciate getting letters from a collection agency I was also supposed to receive training videos which I did not receiveBusiness response

Service was provided in May 2022, all notes videos and correspondence as well as training was provided. We sent invoice reminders for over a month. After about a month the client sent us an email saying she was unhappy and did not plan on paying the remainder of the bill. She corresponded with the trainer via email at the beginning and we answered all questions. I then sent an email to the client as a last ditch attempt to collect payment. I then had our Lawyer send the letter. I will provide you with all emails and correspondence with the client for you to look and see that this is not as she leads you to believe.

******* ****** I never received any videos I am not paying for services not renderer. He has continued to contact me after I received a letter from his attorney. This is a violation of the law. I will be posting all his emails and that his company is dishonest and charges clients fir services not rendered.
