I purchased vouchers from Waterworks auto wash in Bowling Green, KY. The company was sold to Cheetah auto wash. I called Cheetah corporate HQ, and they approved for me to use my remaining vouchers. Since I’m a retired military veteran, I travel. Kentucky is where I was born, so I purchased a summer home in Ky and only spend 2- 3 months in Ky yearly. I had approximately 13 vouchers, and Cheetah always accepted them. The last time I used a voucher was on May 6, 2024. They are a very good company and do professional work. The only issue I’ve ever had was back in May, they felled to properly clean and my trunk, and I did call and complained. I left Ky back in May, and returned this month, September 22. I stopped by Cheetah to use a voucher; however, I was informed by Cheetah corporate (270-842-0286), who also spoke with the Regional manager, that they will no longer accept vouchers because of the time length from when they purchased Water works. They told me they would contact the owner and see if the owner will provide an acceptation to policy and a decision to accept my vouchers. But, they haven’t called back! Anyway, the reason they should accept my remaining vouchers, valued at $162.00 is because I don’t live in KY and only spend limited time in my summer home. If they were going to stop honoring vouchers, they should have informed me during my other washings, especially when I visited them on May 6, 2024. With the informed decision, I could have gifted or sold the vouchers to a family member who lives in Ky. I didn’t know Water works was selling to Cheetah or I would have approached Water works for a resolution. As I stated, I only visit Ky sporadically. I appreciated Cheetah initially honoring the vouchers, but it’s not fair or good business to make me a funding escape goat. Cheetah must remain professional and honor my vouchers. Why should I provide capital to a company, who makes thousands/millions of profits? How would it hurt them to honor my vouchers?

On 10/31/2023 i took my car to cheetah clean for a car wash. I realized afterwards that it busted/ripped the mirror off of my car. They have refused to help repair my vehicle in any way, and accept no responsibility for the damage done. I have been in contact several times to try to rectify the situation and have had no success at all. The repair is only $200. I have 5 young children and this is a major safety concern for me. Apparently it is not for them... Please help

I got a car wash at Cheetah car wash in Shepherdsville, Ky. On Oct 3rd, 2022. While going thru the car wash, the car behind me hit my car as I was waiting to exit. Causing damage to my car. Cheetah refused to repair my car. They said I didn’t pull out fast enough even though it only took me a few seconds to move out after the light had changed from red to green. My children had given me two fifty dollar gift certificates for car washes for my birthday. I called Cheetah on Nov. 3rd asking if They would return my gift certificate money, as I will never take my car there again and they refused me. They said they didn’t return gift certificate money. I guess since I’m 82 years old, they think they can treat me any way they want. Any help appreciated. ***** **** *** ******* ***** *** *************** *** ***** ************

We went through our complete in-house claims process and performed a thorough review including watching video. It was plain to see that the customer totally stopped at the end of the tunnel with their foot on the brake refusing to move causing the accident by the car behind them colliding into their back bumper causing damage to both vehicles.

We can provide you the video if you request.

On the day that the customer contacted the BBB, he came to our location and tried to cash in two giftcards that he had received as gifts demanding that we exchange them for their cash value. We explained to him that this was against our policy and that we could not meet his request. We encouraged him to use those gift cards and to give us an opportunity to show him our quality wash. He was still angry about the accident that he caused and furthermore angry about us not taking his gift cards out and proceeded to leave angry and contacting you, the BBB.

I would be more than happy to give *** ***** the refund for the wash he got on October 3rd, 2022. And we will offer him free carwash if he decides to come back to our location again.

to start with, My foot was on the brake because your  stop  light said stop. I waited  4-5 seconds for it to say go! Then  started  the car, which took 3-4 seconds.  The car behind me was too close, as an employee there told me.  I didn’t go back to their location to get cash for the gift certificate at any time, so how could I have left mad.I called the main office in bowling green several weeks later asking for reimbursement and didn’t get loud  or mad.  Check your recording.  Seems like you will say or do anything to cover your mistake.

I was signed up on a monthly payment plan without my knowledge. I never approved my card to be charged for future uses.
