      I bought a 2016 nissan rogue from them. It seems to be a good vehicle. However, it appeared to have the original battery, which had to be replaced. All four tires needed to be replaced as well. I think this should have taken this into consideration when they decided the price for this vehicle.

      My son and I bought a 2014 **** Fusion from here last year. We were told that it had a rebuilt title. We signed the paperwork. We bought an extra policy that supposed to help save money on our car insurance that is for anti theft. Our insurance never heard of it and didn't give us any kind of discount so that was a waste of $200. The main issue is we paid $1,000 for gap coverage. My son's car got totaled in April of this year. Insurance paid what the car was valued at. When the finance company contacted the gap insurance, they said the policy was void, because the car had a rebuilt title. When I called Campbell Chevrolet, they acted like they didn't know it had a rebuilt title but sent me a refund for the $1,000. We still owe $4,500 to pay the car off which gap should of paid. Basically Campbell Chevrolet are selling people policies that they know won't be covered and just taking people's money.

      They sold me 2017 ****** Sentra with bad breaks that I took to there shop and they told me that the brakes were good and they wasn't...Also the car they sold me had a bad transmission that needed to be replaced..I gave them 16,000 dollar check for the car and 5 months later the transmission needs replaced...that means that the transmission was in bad shape when they sold me the car....When I confronted them about the issue the General Manager grinned and said there wasn't nothing he could do....I didn't purchase a extended warranty because they wanted 3,000 dollars for a extended warranty....But the point I'm trying to make is they sold me a bad car with a bad transmission that's needs to be replaced...16,000 dollars for the car and 5 months later the transmission needs replaced...this is not fair at all this auto fraud and robbery...I worked hard to save my money and I trusted Campbell Chevrolet to sell me a reliable car....Joe was my car salesman who lied and said everything was good on the car.....Eric Eubank is the general sales manager who refuse to help me with the complaint and thought it was funny about the issue I was having...Also was told at least the transmission didn't blow up on me....which was unprofessional.... Cooperate crooks is the impression I got from them...I need my full refund back or another car and that car needs to be checked througly

      Mr *****, Acknowledged that the car he was buying at the time of sale was being sold AS IS. He confirmed this knowledge on multiple forms he signed stating this Nissan was sold AS IS. Mr. ***** also stated when he came to the dealership 5 months later that he knew it was sold AS IS. At the time of sale Mr. ***** was offered a Vehicle Service Contract to cover unexpected mechanical breakdowns. Mr. ***** declined that coverage and took full responsibility upon himself when declining coverage. The Nissan that Mr. ***** bought did go through a preowned car inspection by our service department, and was found to be mechanically sound at the time of sale. Transmissions are mechanical and the life of a transmission can not be determined by mechanics. Mr. ***** gave the dealership two options which was we give him his money back or pay for a new transmission. The dealership can not be liable for vehicles sold 5 months ago.
