Product is not as advertised and owner (President *****) is great at promising goods to be delivered and never following through. We did an addition to our log home and our builder ordered the same matching windows for the addition. The invoice stated screens and hardware included for all windows unless otherwise noted, and the invoice did not have any special caveats. The order was quoted in June 2022, and was ready for pick up in September 2022. Yes, I said ready for pick up as this company does not deliver. We (owners) arranged for a box truck to pick up and deliver from Kentucky to South Carolina. Unfortunately, the screens and hardware were not included with the 17 windows and 1 triple french door. We made contact via phone and email in order to request that the screens and hardware be shipped via UPS or FEDEX, and we even offered to pay for the shipping. Calls were made Aug 29, 30, Dec 6, 22 of 2022, Jan 6, 11, Mar 15, 16, and 21 of 2023. No product, just empty lip service with no results. Cost of the invoice was just under $9,000. Screens and hardware make up about $850.00 of this amount. So if you order from this business - plan on getting your window screens elsewhere and request (demand) a discount for not including the screens and hardware.Customer response

As a follow up - I did receive the window screens from Green River Doors & Windows on April 22, 2023. Please update the complaint record to reflect that the business did respond to the request to deliver the merchandise.
