I financed a fire pit on September 26, 2023 and signed a contract that stated the work would begin o/a 23 October. After not hearing from the business to clarify why the work would not be started today, I called and visited to seek clarification. I spoke with both store and jobs manager after requesting not to speak with the jobs manager to express my concern. The jobs manager and I came to an understanding about potential start date. I left the store, but went back in to get the owner’s number just in a case another issue arised. No number was provided as I was told they don’t give out his number. Later, I received a call from the owner who was obviously frustrated with my questions to managers about the timeline for the work I paid for. I was told I am not a fit and that no service would be provided. I visited the store to get a receipt of refund even though I did not cancel the service
