      To be frank, the community at Tapestry Turfway is poorly managed. Renting here was one of the worst decisions I've made in my adult-life and my review will tell you why. -The community has a true issue with trash. The trash compactor within the complex has been broken more often than in working order during our time there. At one point, it was broken for days and there were over 100+ trash bags right outside my building specifically. The smell was unreal, you could smell everyone's trash from inside your unit. The look of 100+ trash bags outside of a complex that charges $1,825.00 a month was not good. -The community has a theft problem and has an issue with misc. illegal activity; however, they don't have the proper security cameras or systems to address it. We have had several hundred dollars worth of packages stolen from their package room. As far as the illegal activity, we found rolled up marijuana joints in the parking lot on 2 occasions. -The community has a big issue with stray cats. Stray cats are constantly scratching at doors to get in, I've even had a few get in the elevator with me when trying to get to my unit. They meow all night long and beg for food. -The community advertises 'quiet time' for residents between 10a-7p; however, the quiet time isn't really quiet time when you have garbage trucks coming at 5a in the morning with their beeping sirens, flashing lights, and crashing noises as they try to get the compactor open. -Residents allow their dogs to urinate in the hallway outside. The smell of urine as I make my way to my unit is disgusting. -Sewage was being billed incorrectly for my entire duration at the community. -The way the community does business is unethical. Their contract specifically says 'our leasing agents are not bound to anything said verbally'.
