I signed a 3 month contract to jumpzone to use their facility from November 12 and end Feb 12. Jumpzone has continued to charge me and I have tried phoning them all week and at different hours and am getting no response. I seeking an end to the monthly charges and a refund on 2 months of wrongfully charged transactions. Each month is $40.28.Business response

Hello,I received a letter in the mail about ***** *******. I did some research and found out that he signed up for our pass in November and these passes are recurring until the customer cancels. I am the owner and work everday and have not received any calls from James about wanting to cancel his pass. We did look at our waivers and noticed his last visit was the end of March so we will cancel his pass and then refund the April payment due to not visiting our facility after that last payment was processed. I have attached documents showing the waivers and the number of payments we processed while he was using the pass he signed up for in November. I have attached some documents.Josh
