The AC has been freezing up ever since a new internal unit was installed last year. There have been several visits to the residence but the problem has not been resolved. Now, the problem is still occurring and I have been trying to get a hold of the business for 2 weeks. This includes both text messages and urgent voice mails. It got to the point that I had to contact another business and pay 150.00 for them to tell me what exactly was wrong. After running diagnostics, the internal unit is incompatible (too small). The original business (imperial heating and cooling) needs to swap the unit out with a compatible unit that matches the 2 ton heat pump. I paid 2,000 for the internal unit and should not have to pay out another 2,000 for a different size unit when it was the installer fault for putting the wrong unit in. My mother is dealing with stage 4 cancer and should not have to deal with this right now. This needs this fixed asap but the business is now ignoring my phone calls and texts. All I need is for the business to make this right and complete the job.
