      I pulled in and asked for the rollers not to touch the car, and if that was possible. The guy said yes, we can lift them up . I paid for the wash and proceeded in . The guys started washing the car with brushes, I didn’t want that , but I let it happen. Proceed through the wash the rollers came down . In a panic , I stepped on the brake and rolled down my window, said I don’t want these touching my car. The guy ended up lifting the first roller , but the other one swiggeled down . I am so furious because I asked prior to paying . If this was too hard a request, I would have backed up and left. I now have a couple more scratches on my brand new car , all thanks to car wash. I will do it myself from now on.

      I’ve owned a daily pass for a car wash a day to Fast Freddy’s for several years. All along using the pass for the same truck . That truck being a 2017 Dodge Ram 2500. I pull in with their instructions each as requested by their staff. Not once have a had a problem. Today 02/03/2023 some their equipment ripped off the passenger side view mirror. I think it’s only common courtesy and good service for them to have it repaired. Their staff immediately refused not only responsibility but also refused to have it replaced. I’m sure there are instances like this often. I understand. However refusing to correct them is unprofessional and insulting to the customer. I’d appreciate it if they would fix my mirror.

      On Thursday, February 2nd we washed 320 cars at that site; On Friday, February 3rd we washed 454 cars at that site; and on Saturday, February 4th we washed 540 cars at that site. For a total of 1,314 cars the day prior, the day of and the day after with no other damage complaints. That brings us to our conclusion that the mirror had damage to it prior to going through our wash.

      Scratched Vehicle. My husband and I stopped by the car wash after we left the Air National Guard Base down the road for a quick car wash on 17 October, 2022. We got the most expensive option ($20 or so). When we pulled out of the wash we parked to begin using their vacuums. The car was barely clean and I noticed extensive scratches down BOTH sides of my vehicle that were not there before entering the car wash. We notified a worker who took pictures and commented on how bad it was. It took them over a week and half to get back to me (27 October, 2022 was call back) after I had to call almost every day and leave messages and got passed from manager to manager. One manager finally got back to me and said “there’s no way that could have happened in the car wash, that’s from branches scratching.” I notified him that it was down both sides of my vehicle that had clearly come from the brushes in the car wash and that I had not driven through branches or anything to cause that damage. I have an over $300 bill to fix the damage to the vehicle and they refuse to take responsibility. I’ve never seen such poor customer service and pure disregard for damage their car wash caused. I have photos and video taken at the car wash before leaving the premises. Such a disappointing business experience, customer service experience and disappointing car wash.

      Please see attached pictures. It can clearly be seen the scratches in question were there before entering the car wash. We are not responsible and will not be paying to have the scratches fixed. That again, are clearly visible entering the car wash.

      The pictures clearly show scratches on the vehicle before entering the car wash in the same location as the picture after going through the wash. Fast Freddy's will not be paying any compensation to this previously scratched car. We consider this a closed matter.

      I am rejecting this response because as previously stated, the car was not scratched.  The picture from Fast Freddy's shows dirt streaks on the vehicle and a shadow from a grate on the floor of the car wash.  The picture from Fast Freddy's does not however, show the scratches down both sides of the vehicle I received from their car wash.  Furthermore, the business falsely claimed to have given us the opportunity to see "video evidence" of the damage prior to their car wash. We have yet to see any video evidence that exists, and have only seen a small picture from the back right hand side of the vehicle that shows nothing more than some dirt streaks and a shadow of the grates on the ground. I will gladly walk away and give a full apology if this so called video evidence is presented to me that shows the scratches from the front to back. I find their professionalism appalling. They stalled for weeks passing me from "manager" to "manager" and only when they realized I was not going to back down did they finally call back and claim that I drove "through bushes". I feel like they are trying to take advantage of me because I am a female and was a bit too nice on the phone. I ask for the following:

      1) The video evidence that they say they have but somehow have not uploaded, showing the "extensive preexisting damage."

      2) The business pay for the damages if this video evidence either shows nothing or no longer exists.

      I ran my car through the wash on March 23, 2022. The top roller went over my car completely taking off my third tail light. I immediately reported it to the manager. The manager said he didn't think the car wash did it bceause it's a 2004 ******** ********. The manager said he would review the video and report it and would get back to me within 48 hours. That didn't happen. I went back on the 28th and he said it isn't the business's fault and told me to leave or he would call the police.
