Jan 17. And match 8. This company is giving away free government phones. I went here they took my ID and my social security number. And I thought it was secure. Well I haven't heard back from these people. And when I try to contact them. There's little to no reply. And they told me to contact the owner. And he acts like there is no company. I feel like these people are running a scam and taking people's personal information.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/03/22) */ I went to metropolis with 2 friends and 3 different phone companies and and miss Alicia and her 2 sons gave their information to a gentleman named Norman ******. His business Is **************** out of portageville Missouri. He told them that he had their information in their system and whenever they got approved he would mail their phones to them. I went back a second time and miss Alicia and her boys came again and I told them that he hadnt processed their orders and I once again would contact him and see what was up.I have been in contact with miss Alicia numerous times I'm gonna include the text messages I offered one time to meet her and she overlooked the message this last time I was supposed to meet her this past Sunday at 12pm at the hucks in metropolis Illinois and I was gonna try to do my best to see if I could get her in 1 of my 2 companies.i drove over 100 miles to meet her and she didnt show. I texted her several times told her I was there first text next text ask her if she was coming and the 3rd time I told her I was leaving I left at 4 PM. We do not keep peoples information it goes into a company website that verifies their identity and another application that verifies their benefits. We only ask for the last 4 digits of their social not the full social. Mr ****** is the one that should have made things right with ms alisha and her sons but he ignored her. Only contact I had with her is when I tried contacting her. Half of the time no response.. and the messages where she tried to resolve the issue.. came with constant harassment. As to why I blocked her and Mr ******.. and she claims she has messages. I do as well. As also voice messages where she is harassing me. And messages between her and Mr ******. We're explicit. I didnt ignore her and you can see i tried to resolve the problem scheduled a time to meet her drove over 100 miles one way,to have her ignore me and her to not show up. I have been doing this for 6 years and she is the only complaint that i have had so far. Iam sorey shes not happy. I tired.
