      What a disgrace company!!! First they lie about calling references. Whatever. Then they bring a used, written all over the back of, unusable tv. Two days later they refuse to bring the remote to set up tv. Charging you for a unusable tv. FRAUD AND THEFT. We REPEATEDLY told the worthless delivery driver to leave it in mailbox. Two days later. Still paying for an unusable tv. Obviously I am filing a state attorney general complaint as well. This is a fraud company!!! They are thieves!!! Then two days later they say we tried to call. Like cause I'm at work they can't do what they were told. LEAVE IT!!! Rate this trash company accordingly on here

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/01/07) */ Contact Name and Title: **** ****** Contact Phone:*********** Contact Email: ***************** Upon investigating this situation I tried calling Mr. ***** multiple times. Mr. ***** has no way to leave a voicemail and all other contact numbers lead to no ability to contact him. I have found that we did deliver this tv with the wrong remote as it used a smart remote v/s a regular remote. Mr. ***** told our delivery driver it would be ok to bring him one the next day. Mr. ***** then spoke to the assistant manager asking him to put the remote in the mailbox. Our assistant manager explained to Mr. ***** that is was against federal law to put anything other than mail in the mailbox. We came up with a plan to leave the remote in between the doors of the house because Mr. ***** could not make himself available. Mr. ***** did not go two days without a remote as he was given a remote the next business day in between his door. I would be more than happy to make this right with Mr. ***** and more than happy to give him his $20 refund he paid for the tv. However Mr. ***** has made it very difficult to contact him. I would be more than happy to speak to Mr. ***** as he never contacted the Corporate office or anyone above the store level to let us know he was not satisfied. Mr. ***** also has a another rental agreement with our company that I will be more than willing to pick up and refund if he honestly feels like we are thieves or a fraudulent company, however though if he will contact me I think we would be able to resolve any issues Mr. ***** may have. Lastly, Mr ***** once he got his remote was not satisfied with it because it was not in a box or a bag and he said it was used. I personally looked at this remote and looked brand new as it was brand new. I do not know why Mr. ***** filed a BBB complaint as he never filed a complaint to us that we could resolve at the store level. **** ****** Operations Manager ***** Rental Purchase
