      I purchased this vehicle online. Was assured by Kenny H***** it was in great shape. After the car was delivered, I took it out and drove it. That part is great. When I got back home and after the sun went down, I noticed there was a crack in the windshield. I immediately called Kenny H***** back and he said oh, we aren’t allowed to sell autos with cracked windshields, I will have to talk with Mason and get back with you. That was on a Tuesday. I waited and by noon, no one called. I ended up having to call them. I spoke with Mason and he wanted me to go through my insurance to get it replaced. When I had to call back Friday morning to get an update, Mason lead me to believe there was going to be a guy in the area and the windshield would be replaced today. Come to find out the guy in the area is a “repair guy” who said the windshield could be repaired. I called Mason back and discussed my concerns and asked if I could just return the car and he said “no” I was stuck with it. Repairing was my only option with them. If I had known the windshield was cracked, I would have never purchased the vehicle. I would under no circumstances recommend this dealership. If your back is up against the wall, they will tell you lies that the only reason you can get this rate is you have to purchase Compass theft protection. I am no pleased at all. They will do nothing to help other than the minimum. Do not buy from this dealership.

      Please don’t buy anything from them. I recently bought a 2018 Honda civic type R in March of 2023. I had the car for one month, and the motor blew up, putting holes in the block because of a connecting rod breaking. The car is at my local Honda dealership with documents and pictures of when the occurrence occurred. I was going 25 miles an hour at 2500 RPM. I was not racing. Honda has a screen shot of when the motor blew up. The car came with an extended warranty. The claim was denied. Why do they offer an extended warranty when the claim is denied. They said the extended warranty was free, but it is not free. It is included in the final price of the car Tim short Honda said they would contact the extended warranty company and call me back. It’s been 3 weeks and still haven’t called me back. I have called over 5 times and they will not respond to me. Their excuse is always is the same. The Manager is with a customer. I am a customer who just wasted 40,000 dollars. If I could give them -5 stars I would. The next step in this process is for my attorney to contact. Please be aware of this dealership. They are nothing but liars and scammers.

      Worst company Ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I purchased a vehicle from them in early 2022 with Mr. Jacob Sword as my salesman. After a few days Mr. Sword calls me and says he found a spare key to my vehicle in his pocket but will mail it to me since I live over 2 hours away. A year goes by and the key is never mailed. I pay off the vehicle because I assume he doesnt want to mail it in case I dont finish paying off the vehicle so after I pay it off I call the business inquiring about my spare key and the associate I spoke to knew nothing about a spare key and Mr. Sword was conveniently not working that day but the associate would give my information to Mr. Sword to call me back. He does not. A week goes by so I call again and get another sales associate who once again knows nothing and takes my information. No call back. A few days go by and I get the receptionist who attempts to transfer me to a manager but inatead transfers me to the parts manager and not the sales manager. I finally get ahold of the Sales manager Mr. Meed or however you spell his name and he also knows nothing but informs me that he will let Mr. Sword know and that if I want to call back on Thursday Mr. Sword will be in but probably not exactly at 9 because Mr. Sword has an issue with arriving to work on time so more like 9:15. So I wait for Thursday and call. Once again, Mr. Sword is conveniently ON VACATION. I still to this day do not have the spare key Mr. Sword has had to my car for over a year.
