I purchased 2 pair of glasses. The first pair was new and the second one was my old glasses changed. The new ones were ready in 5 days. I picked them up and gave them second pair. Three days later I took new ones back they were not right. I could not see road signs. The doctor tested them and my eyes and said not right. He said they used wrong lens. They wanted me to wait for my second pair to come back before sending them back. Well my second pair is still missing. I wad rudely told they had 16 business days to come back. As of March 8th, the 16th day,they were still not back. I returned the new pair this morning and the manager was very rude. She refused to sign for the glasses until I handed them to her and she refused to call the number my insurance company wanted her to call. As for my second pair, they stated on their way back. At this point, they owe me 125.00 for the new pair out of pocket expense and owe me 227.00 for the second pair plus a pair of frames if not returned. I do not think they are going to do anything.
