On December 28 of 2021 we took our rv to have some repair work done during the off season. This place kept our RV 4 months and charged us $2800 and only fixed 2 things. They lied and said the they checked the spark plugs and wires, there is a gas leak and manifold crack under the dog house, there is a LP gas leak in the back. They also stated they checked the brakes and they were fine. We have a 30 year old son who has cerebral palsy and they know this. They knowingly let us put him in this vehicle with a gas leak, lp leak, and bad brakes. All of which they said was in working order. This vehicle could have exploded at any time. This place needs to be held accountable for the lack of work they did to our Rv and allowed us to still drive it. According to an expert in the RV service area this RV should have never been allowed to leave the lot in the dangerous condition.

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/05/10) */ Contact Name and Title: **** ***** Owner Contact Phone: XXX-XXX-XXXX Contact Email: *********************@gmail.com Hello In response to Mr.**** complaint. The Items that was on my schedule to be repaired was as follow He wanted to repair the auto park brake system.Check the brakes/spark plugs and wires and the water heater had a leak. The exhaust leak was talked about with Mr. **** and he was advice that I do not do that type of repairs at my shop.We did have the camper for a while this was due to the delivery time of getting parts sent to us for repairs. At no time did he advise me that the propane system had any problems nor was a propane leak detected as the unit sat in my shop every night waiting on parts to arrive.I have never let a customer leave my shop with an unsafe camper.I called and gave Mr.**** updates on part cost on every part needed for repairs and at one point he advise me that he was concerned about the cost and told me that he would have to use his daughter's credit card to pay his invoice.Mr.**** did call my shop when I was out of town and talked to my employee about a battery problem because he could not get his generator to start my employee advised him to charge the battery. At no point did Mr.**** say anything about all the problems in his complaint.Once I was back in town I received a call from Mr.**** and he said that his camper has an engine miss we talked for a few minutes so I could get more information about what was going on. He then told me that he said that he wanted the plugs and wires change this is not what we talked about from the start.I told him that the only thing I could do was to get him back on the schedule to find the problem. He then went on yelling at me that he had told me to change the plugs and wire.I told him that we needed to get it on the schedule. He then said you act like you don't want my business and started using curse words at me.I told him if that is how he is going to talk to me then I don't want his business. He then started yelling more unpleasant curse words at me so I disconnected the call. I'm not sure what more I could have done but to get him on the schedule.
