I placed a order #**************** with cinnabon on 05/08/2022 for delivery. I received a email confirmation that order was placed and then I got a text message that the order was out for delivery. Then a hour later I got a text and email stating my order delivery was canceled and for me to contact the store at 18593000354. The lady at the store told me that she gave the order to the person to deliver it and that I should contact the manager ***** at 14408402616. I finally was able to speak to him after after a couple of hours of calling. He at first stated that I shouldn't have placed a order for delivery and instead I should've picked it up. That it was the delivery driver that canceled and I will have to Contact them. Then I explained that The Cinnabon app offered delivery through ******** and that is why i chose that and it's not my fault. He then said text him the order information and he would look into it and contact me back but I have not heard anything back since i text him on 05/08/2022. I never received my order or a confirmation that I'm getting a refund. I have texted him for update but still nothing.
