If I could give cyclebar negative reviews I would. I cancelled my membership in person during the one week trial period in October. For the last two months they have continued to charge me. When I request a refund they say that it was put in and then I have to wait another two weeks to call them and have them actually submit it. I cannot get a call back or get into contact with the location manager *******. I have been assured multiple times that the problem is solved only to find out that it's not. I don't know if this place is a scam, had bad training, or a combination of both but stay away.Initial Complaint

I cancelled my CycleBar membership in June of 2021. Per information on their app, I needed to provide written notification of cancellation which I did via email. In addition, I filled out the form at the location to cancel. 11 months later they are still charging me. I notified them in April of 2022 that I expected to be refunded and they have still continued to charge me for April, May, and June of 2022.Initial Complaint

I signed a contract with CycleBar on 9/5/2021 that was a 6 month agreement in which I paid $99 each month. They have continued to charge my account 2 months after my contract was supposed to end. In their contract it states that if a membership is longer than one month then it is considered to be a "Fixed term". The contract further states that the "fixed term" membership will automatically convert to month-to-month at the end of the initial term. This is false advertising. I was not initially given the contract to sign I was told to electronically sign that I agreed to pay for 6 months at $99 a month. I have not used their services since January 10th and I would like to be refunded for the months of February and March since these were outside of my 6 month commitment and that CycleBar falsely advertised a "fixed term" of 6 months.
